The Space:

This beach retreat is complete with 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths and comfortably accommodates 10 guests. The large family room is spacious, with enough seating for the entire group to watch TV, play games or just relax! The family room flows into a large eating area with seating for all! The kitchen is conveniently located just steps from the main living and dining area, keeping the chef close to everyone! There is a private balcony off the dining area complete with a gas flat top grill and a patio dining set.

The master bedroom is located off of the main living room and features a luxury king-sized bed, private bath with stand-up shower and a separate soaking tub, walk-in closet, flat-panel TV, and a private balcony.
The second bedroom is located to the right of the home's main entry and has a queen-sized bed, a spacious closet, and a flat-panel TV. There is access to the full bathroom with a shower/tub outside of the bedroom.
The stairs are located off the main living room by the kitchen and take you to the large second-floor bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, wood board cathedral ceilings, spacious closets, a private bath with a tub shower, and a flat-screen TV.
The fourth bedroom is a suite that can be accessed through the door off the kitchen that leads down to the garage. At the bottom of the stairs, there is a door to the suite on the left. This room includes a king-sized bed, a flat-panel TV, a private bath with tub/shower, a private walk-out balcony, and a kitchenette that includes a full fridge, microwave, and sink.
Also on this level is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Through the garage, there is a walk-out to the backyard with a private screened-in room that has comfortable seating and a flat-panel TV.

The backyard features a newly refinished pool and pool deck with lounge chairs. A patio dining set with an umbrella on the deck provides extra outdoor seating. A second gas grill is by the pool for your convenience. Cornhole boards stored on the screened-in deck for backyard fun!

Please note: this pool is not heated.

All of your guests will feel right at home and welcomed with the ample driveway parking and the many amenities that you will find as you enter through the doors of this Forest Beach beauty.

Please Note: We provide starter amenities upon check-in. This includes one set of bath towels for each guest, travel-size bathroom toiletries & two(2) toilet paper rolls for each bathroom. Beds will be made for you with one(1) set of clean bed linens for each bed. In the kitchen, you will find starter packs of laundry & dish detergent, dish soap, one(1) paper towel roll, coffee filters and trash bags, and a dishtowel. We do not restock these items during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils, appliances, and dinnerware.

Please note, all cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee.

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another.  Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.

Amazing walkability beaches, shops, restaurants and more! Breeze Shuttle runs from mid-March thru mid-October and can get you to the fun on the South End to mid-island! Free shuttles when available! Miles of bike paths - easy rentals available!

Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
