This charming log house is the perfect secluded retreat for your next getaway. Located just a stone's throw away from Macmasters Beach, it can accommodate up to 7 guests (maximum of 6 adults). Enjoy the luxury of the pool and expansive decks during summer or bask in the warmth of the inviting inglenook during winter. This very private oasis offers a rejuvenating escape no matter the season.

Boasting high ceilings, generously sized bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms and a spacious living area that seamlessly blends with an open kitchen and dining space, "Seas the Day" strikes the perfect balance between spacious design and comfort. Guests can also enjoy the added features of a smart TV, a sunroom, and expansive entertainment decks, as well as a private pool that is sure to enhance the vacation experience. For optimal comfort, the property also boasts air-conditioning in the open plan dining, kitchen & living area with additional ceiling fans, louvered windows with flyscreens, and a cleverly designed ventilation system that capitalizes on the cool breeze during summer, while a cosy combustion fire keeps you warm during winter.

The property features an open-plan design that incorporates the kitchen, dining, and living area, creating a seamless and inviting living space, master bedroom with ensuite, two further bedrooms sharing the main bathroom and a separate laundry with WC.

Featuring high ceilings, ample seating, and a cosy fireplace, this living room is perfect for relaxing and socializing with family and friends. The living room flows seamlessly into a charming sunroom that provides a peaceful retreat, and from there, guests can step out onto the expansive front and back entertainment decks.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is designed to create a welcoming and functional space that's perfect for cooking and dining with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as all the necessary cookware and utensils. The dining area features a large dining table that can comfortably seat all guests, making it the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal together.

Outdoors
Experience the ultimate indoor-outdoor living with "Seas the Day". Take advantage of the summer weather by firing up the BBQ on the expansive entertainment deck, perfect for hosting family and friends. And when you need to cool off, take a dip in the refreshing and private pool, surrounded by lush greenery for a truly tranquil experience. After a day spent at the nearby beach, rinse off the sand and salt with the convenient outdoor shower. With so much to enjoy outdoors, you'll never want to leave!

Parking
Parking is available in the double garage and on the driveway, in addition ample off-street parking.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate up to 7 guests with a max of 6 adults including visitors and prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway/outdoor entry area.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $1,500 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.

Beautiful beach shack within short walk to beach

Perfect small beach shack in quiet hamlet of MacMasters. Everything you need for a beachside getaway, with a pool (if the 100m walk to the beach is too arduous), fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space to enjoy an end of day wine/beer/soft drink. Ample parking, full laundry, all the bathroom amenities.

Seas the Day @ Macmasters beach

Great holiday and great accommodation. We could not have asked for anything more from our hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed the property (beautifully appointed & styled), and all its amenities (swimming pool, bbq, outdoor living & entertaining areas). Bonus is only a short stroll to the beach and Macs beach cafe.

Best Central Coast Holiday Ever!

Sublime property, everything you need for a short or longer term stay, fantastic location, and extremely professional service by Copacabana Property Management. Great lap pool, handy aircon, peaceful back terrace, and 100m from the beach - not much more we could have asked for. We will be back!
