This spacious beach house is perched on a hill overlooking Mollymook Beach. The large lawn is fully grassed and offers plenty of scope for a family holiday cricket match. There is also plenty of parking, and linen and towels are provided, meaning less time packing, more time relaxing!
The house is set over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a lower living room, which has a sitting area and there's a bedroom on this floor perfect for kids, with a bunk bed and two single beds. There's also a toilet and shower, and a laundry and corner bath as well, with the bathroom opening out onto the front of the house on the street side.

Heading upstairs, you'll be met by the stunning views of the ocean through the sunroom/lounge and over the large entertaining balcony. The balcony has an outdoor dining setting, perfect for sipping summer wines and sitting down to a family dinner while admiring the view. Turn to your left and you'll find an indoor dining space leading round to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher. Off the kitchen is another deck facing the street which has a bbq - perfect for holiday cooking. There are two further bedrooms upstairs - one offering a queen bed and more ocean views, the other a double bed. There is also a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Property has Wifi.

Molly's is located just two streets from Mollymook Beach, within walking distance of all the main amenities and attractions of Mollymook - the golf course, the Mollymook shopping centre, the surf club and plenty of cafes. You can also walk to dinner, either at Gwylo or Bannister's Pavilion. Alternatively, take a longer walk or a short drive to the famous Rick Stein's at Bannisters and enjoy a sumptuous seafood treat.
You can also enjoy plenty of nearby experiences by car, whether it's a short drive to Milton for boutique shopping, or to sample the delights of the famous chocolate shop, or a quick drive south to Ulladulla for supplies. The Shoalhaven coast is famous for its stunning coastline and beautiful beaches, so hop in your car and take a leisurely drive around the region - there's plenty of places to stop and admire.
