Beachside Escape is exactly what you think of when you think beach vacation!! Located in one of the most desirable areas in St. Thomas on the East End, this spectacular newly renovated three bedroom, three bath condo sleeps eight and is right on the beach! Luxuriously appointed with tropical furnishings, amazing views and stunning sunsets! Cowpet Bay has a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade if desired, and many chairs for your lounging. There is also an expansive pool with a waterfall grotto and a large jacuzzi. Grab a cold drink and relax the day away!

Enjoy either of the convenient restaurants on property, including Sangria's Beachside Bistro, which is NOW OPEN daily 7 am - 6 pm (except Sundays) and 6 pm - 8 pm for pizzas only. The newly renovated beach/pool bar has finally reopened to serve you refreshing cold beverages throughout the day 11 am - 5 pm! Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's!

If you choose to leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, bars, restaurants, Ferry to St. John, postal service, and medical center.

Wonderful condo in a great location close to Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. Very clean and well appointed. The views of Cowpet Bay from the balconies were wonderful. Our group enjoyed the beach which was a 3 minute walk outside the condo as well as the two restaurants located on the grounds. We took many trips to St. John and enjoyed the secluded beaches and hiking trails there. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future.

We loved this condo. It is spacious and so close to the beach. The beach is pretty private and quiet. The pool is quite nice. Loved it and will likely return.

2 week family vacation

We came down with 2 grandmothers, 3 kids 8-11, my wife and I. It was perfect for our family. Walkable to a great beach and 2 restaurants plus a tiki bar. The condo was very clean with nice furnishings. Check in was easy. We’ll be back for sure

Great Place On The Beach

Great location on the beach. Spent lots of afternoons in the ocean. Very clan and new looking inside. Each room had its own air conditioner with remote control which was nice. Would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay!

Amy and her team thought of everything for us from water toys/gear to games to play. She supplied us with a welcome packet that had tons of great info, from things to do, taxi and place to eat. We enjoyed having our coffee every morning on the patio and enjoying the beautiful view! Our whole group really enjoyed the stay! We would highly recommend staying here!

Vacation in paradise

This condo was fantastic! Very comfortable with plenty of room for 3 couples. We enjoyed the view as well as the beach and pool. Restaurants were a nice option, the kitchen was well stocked and the BBQ was a nice bonus for making meals. Easy access to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Well-Equipped, Well-Located, and Wonderful!

This vacation rental was absolutely perfect! The property was beautiful, well-maintained, nicely decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had every amenity and supply we could have possibly needed, which made our stay completely stress-free. The hosts went above and beyond by providing clear directions for everything from grocery stores and car rentals to local activities and great restaurants. The location was perfect for us so that our daughter could attend swim practices with the local swim team, and we also were close to so many fun restaurants. We had a great time and would stay here again. Thank you!

Great Beachfront Condo

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was conveniently located. Very quiet and peaceful place. There are two restaurants on site. The beach and pool were clean and never crowded. There’s a grocery store close by. Amy was great! We will be back.

Great Condo !!

Great condo with beach, pool and dining right on the property. Did venture out a few times for dinner, once to Redhook, good restaurants but not a fan of the area and also to Havensight which was much nicer. Taxis are expensive so consider renting a car or using public transportation if destination is on their route.

Loved this condo!

This was a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom condo right on the beach. We absolutely loved it! Communication was excellent! She even gave us advice on heading over to St. John and on other things to do. They provided 6 lawn chairs (which is great to go visit other beaches!), beach bags, beach towels and snorkel gear (which we used every day!) and a big cooler! It is located very close to Red Hook which was a plus for us. I give this condo and 10! Would book again in a minute! It made for a GREAT vacation!

Perfect Condo

The condo was perfect! Our son was participating in the International Opti Regatta across the bay at St Thomas Yacht Club. Amy and her team saw that all of our extra trips were planned and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. Beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, floats, etc. The kitchen was also well stocked.

This was an excellent vacation!

Property location and amenities are excellent. It overlooks a nice beach, and there are a couple of good restaurants right on the premises so we didn't have to even leave the resort. Pool was clean and not too crowded. Views across the bay at night were beautiful. The beds in the condo were comfortable, kitchen was equipped with every device you will need, and washer/dryer were very handy. If people in your party have mobility issues, be aware there are steps down to the condo unit, and also down to the beach.

Great vacation!

The property was very clean, and quite spacious. It was also very relaxing, with the constant low drum of waves crashing into the beach that we could soak in on the nice patio, which easily sat our whole party of 6 comfortably. The pool was clean and very easily accessible (and, as a bonus, not very crowded). The beach was also accessible, and also clean. The beachside bar/restaurant served up excellent seafood and good drinks. Would recommend renting a car for those who stay here if any exploration of the islands are desired. Amy was a wonderful and responsive host! I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic

Beautiful home overlooking Cowpet Bay. Everything was great - clean, convenient, filled with everything we needed for our week stay with 3 teenagers. Amy was wonderful helping with recommendations and activities etc. The beach outside was very well maintained ( we walked over to the Ritz a couple mornings and it was covered with seaweed most days). The 2 restaurants on the property were very good. Nice pool and hot tub area in the Eleysian that we have access to. We really enjoyed this place and recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful, quiet, relaxing stay.

Beachside Escape Cowpet East

The condo was beautiful and looks exactly as pictured. The views were also beautiful. Amy was wonderful to work with and very helpful and responsive! We had no problems with check in and found the condo to be well stocked and very accommodating for our group of 6 adults. We loved having restaurants right on the property. The only negative were the bugs. There were lots of tiny biting bugs on the beach. Luckily there are plenty of other beaches nearby! Overall a great place to stay and would recommend!
