Wonderful and Peaceful Vacation

We stayed here for a week and everything and I mean everything was perfect. We cooked, slept like a baby, it was very clean, no bugs, the air worked great! Very pleasant stay and if your looking to relax then this is the place for you!

My husband and I stayed in this home for our long overdue honeymoon. It was perfect for us, the pool was great and warm. Loved the location!

The house was clean, nicely furnished and in a friendly neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The grill was an added bonus. The pool was refreshing after spending time in the sun. Would book a stay here again.

Perfect vacation home!

My husband and I have stayed here the past two years for our anniversary trip. We’ve been visiting Cape Coral every year for 9 years now, and this is the first property we have booked more than once! We absolutely love it. Perfect neighborhood, very clean and just such a cute home. We hope to be back again next year!

Needs cleaning

Check in/out process was very simple, loved that this property was pet friendly! Unfortunately, there were many stains on the linens/ pillowcases and upon arrival, multiple live roaches inside the house, pool needed to be cleaned, and there was a lot of pet waste in the yard.

Property had everything we needed and was located in a quiet residential area. Pool was heated with full sun exposure through the day.Had to drive to Ft Myers foe most restaurants and activities. Nothing more than 15 minute drive with Ft Myer beach about 35 minute drive. We would rent this property again without hesitation.

Relaxing

Super cute house!! very clean house had everything you needed and grocery stores, restaurants etc. are very close even the local farmers market. We enjoyed our two week stay! Loved the pool area and lanai wonderful privacy fenced in backyard. Communications with property managers were great. They were very quick to get back to me if I had a question. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we will be back!!

Great visit

We enjoyed our girls trip. The home was clean and the perfect size. The pool are had shade and sun and was comfortable. The only suggestion would be to add a little lighting for the backyard as taking the dog out after dark we had to use a flashlight. Otherwise had everything we needed tons of linens and supplies. Cute decorations too. We will be back!

The inside was clean. But

Never got in the pool, it look dirty , the Lani was dirty, weeds growing between the blocks. Couldn't find wash clothes, in the kitchen or bathroom, finally found them on day 2, in a night stand in a bedroom. Did not appreciated that i had to getthe towels out of the dryer and fold them ( because there was a note on the counter,,the towels are in the dryer,,smiley face) the garbage cans stunk so bad, you would puck. The lock box with the key is ancient very difficult. The ceiling fan does work but could NOT sleep, it it made so much noise! This propery needs improvement. I won't be staying there again!!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, das Haus ist zwar etwas Ă€lter aber es ist alles sauber, ordentlich und es fehlte uns an nichts.In der Nachbarschaft ist es sehr ruhig, wir konnten uns richtig gut erholen.Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich in der nĂ€heren Umgebung vorhanden. Der Pool war sehr gut, auch die Heizung hat wunderbar funktioniert, unser Junior hat es genossen .Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter/der Agentur hat wunderbar funktioniert. Ich hatte ein paar Fragen zu dem Pool und der Heizung und es wurde direkt am folgenden Tag ein Mitarbeiter geschickt der mir alles erklĂ€rte, absolut Top.Der Check-In lief genauso reibungslos ab, so wĂŒnscht man sich einen Start in den Urlaub.Wir haben die 2 Wochen voll und ganz genossen und wĂŒrden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.Vielleicht kommen wir ja mal wieder in die Gegend .

As soon as I rented the property the owner David reached out to me and was very accommodating before my trip as was evolve throughput the trip. Just Visiting

We came to town to visit a couple of friends, so didn't really do the tourist thing. We came in an alternate route, which to me the area seemed a little "shady" and I questioned the stay, however, the home was located on a good side of town. The area was extremely quiet- this was over Thanksgiving weekend. the house was very clean and we didn't come across any issues that we needed to contact the property manager. This is an older community, so not a whole lot to do in the immediate vicinity but plenty of small business and eateries to get fat on. We ate at Geno's Italian Grill and a Cuban restaurant not far and both were very good. The major beach is about a 20 min drive and tons of things to do , see, and enjoy there. I def wouldn't mind spending the extra dollar for a room at the beach there. We did bring our small furry dog that did enjoy running in the backyard since it was fenced in. Overall, yeh there was some minor things, but we enjoyed it. It fitted our need and at last minute booking too. We would have no problem returning here to this home in the future.
