I am excited to be your host and put my people-pleasing tendencies to good use!

It helps that I grew up in hospitality and have always loved people, nature and travel.

Irene's Seaside Villa is named in honour of my mother, whose love of the sea, beauty, and people continues to inspire me in everything I create here.

I love and live in this area. Not on the property itself but close enough to be on call like a doctor if you need me - otherwise I will give you all the privacy you need.

When I’m not working, I’m inspired by coastal calm and quiet moments—early morning or sunset beach walks, mindful movement, curling up with my fur princess on lap and a good book or feel-good movie.

I am often dreaming up the little touches to elevate your stay to feel more inviting and uplifting, more restorative and a little indulgent.

Unlike other short stay owners, I don't have multiple places like this, which means I can put all my love, care and personal touches into the one baby!

While perfection may be elusive, I always give my absolute best to ensure your stay is as seamless, relaxing, and enjoyable as possible.

Peaceful tree-lined street in an idyllic seaside area. Wake up to sounds of birds and barely any traffic on this quiet street. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet in close enough proximity to it.

Only short 500m walk to the stunning Somerton Park beach with its white soft sand, sunsets over the water and newly renovated walking/ running path for fitness enthusiasts.

Walking distance or short drive to Glenelg and Brighton beaches with all the action of cafes, restaurants, bars/ nightlife, bakeries, ice cream shops, gift/ souvenir and clothing stores, supermarkets etc

Families enjoy the local playground and basketball court on the beach, BBQ and picnic facilities and open green spaces to play and practise cartwheels or kick around a ball - all within walking distance of the villa.

Beautiful, clean, safe, quiet, and friendly suburb.

Easy public transport available - bus stop on King George Avenue only a 2 minute walk away - will take you to Jetty Rd Glenelg, Marion Shopping centre, SA Aquatic Centre or the City.

You will also find a tram stop at the foreshore of Jetty Rd Glenelg that will take you to the city.

The villa is only 10km to the Adelaide airport.
