Unit 202 is a two-bedroom, one-bath corner unit with a wraparound balcony offering the largest private outdoor living space in SoCe! Other notable features include west and north facing views and an outdoor dining table that seats four. SoCe Flats is an exciting new condominium development in the most desirable neighborhood in Naples, the Paradise Coast?s most coveted beach town. "SoCe", named for the ideal location South of Central Avenue in Olde Naples, offers the unique opportunity for a luxurious short-term vacation stay, walking distance to the beach and elegant 5th Ave S shopping and dining district. The building was designed by renowned local architect, MHK, and the interiors are decked out with finishes and furnishings selected by coastal contemporary design experts, Clive Daniel Home. UNIT DETAILS: The floor plan for unit 202 includes a fully equipped kitchen with white quartz countertops and a breakfast bar open to the dining area and living room. The living room and both bedrooms have sliding glass doors to the balcony with west and north exposure. The primary bedroom with a king-size bed offers north views and the second bedroom with a queen-size bed offers west views. Both bedrooms have roll down privacy shades and blackout window drapes. The bathroom is located off the hallway between the bedrooms and has a frameless glass enclosed shower. Covered parking on the ground floor is included for one vehicle. AMENITIES: Onsite, the 18-unit building has an open air amenity deck on the third floor which features an outdoor grilling area, lounge and dining seating, and a TV.
PET-FRIENDLY STAY: We know pets are part of the family, and your furry friend is welcome here! This home allows one well-mannered dog (up to 45 lbs.) with prior approval. Please share your pup's age, size, and breed at the time of booking. A $25/night pet fee and $100 cleaning surcharge apply.
LOCATION: SoCe is located along the growing "8th Street Corridor" in Olde Naples just four short blocks from 5th Ave S and eight blocks from beach access at the end of charming 1st Ave S. Many other conveniences are within walking distance such as Wynn?s gourmet market and CVS. Designed to offer urban sophistication and amenities within a quaint beach town setting, SoCe Flats is an ideal place to enjoy the increasingly cosmopolitan Naples lifestyle! As is common throughout Olde Naples, there is construction ongoing nearby. A new building is being constructed to the south which impacts the views from the Amenity Deck but is not visible from inside the unit or from the balcony of 202. Noise is not of concern due to the building?s solid concrete construction and impact grade windows.
PLEASE NOTE: A refundable security deposit is required for this property and will be collected directly by The Holiday Life prior to check-in. The deposit is typically processed 10–14 days before arrival and refunded after departure, subject to a property inspection.
