Loved our stay at the Rowdy Beaver! Everything was exactly as expected. There was plenty of room for family to sleep and our child loved the trundle beds in the game room loft. The cabin is conveniently located making it easy to get anywhere we needed to go. The only downside of our stay was due to the recent drought: the fishing pond water level was extremely low and we weren’t able to roast marshmallows due to the burn ban (both these are outside of anyone’s control and understandable!). We would definitely stay here again if we come back again!

We stayed for my 43rd birthday. It was hot!!! The hot tub was clean and warm. The beds were really comfy compared to other places we have stayed. Very close to Hochatown and beavers bend. Would def recommend and book again!!

Overall the property was nice with a few minimal challenges. There were fans upstairs but the limited air flow was a bit challenging. Unfortunately the kitchen area was a little crowded and the internet service was almost nonexistent. Some of our guest were challenged by this as they were not able to watch football games.

We absolutely loved the Rowdy beaver. The fire pit and hot tub were great. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated and perfectly placed off the beaten path. Give it 5 stars!

5 This place was just as described and the perfect stay. Close to everything, but also far enough away from loud traffic and businesses. House was very clean, and had everything we needed. The fishing pond, pool table and hot tub were all wonderful and used a lot. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Would stay here again!

The cabin and location of the cabin was excellent! Everything was organized and clean!
