The Rowdy Beaver is a luxurious cabin that is perfect for a nice peaceful getaway that will accommodate up to 8 guests. It is located in a wooded setting just minutes from Hochatown and the Choctaw Landing Casino. It is in the Rock Hill Park area. It is boarded by a beautiful calming pond perfect for some relaxing fishing. This cabin has a cozy living area with a stone gas fireplace and 50" Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up those perfect meals. Guests can enjoy plenty of seating with stools at the bar as well as a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is open into the living area for those preparing the meals to have an inclusive atmosphere. It has 2 bedrooms downstairs with queen memory foam bedding and a loft area upstairs with 4 twin memory foam bedding. There are two full bathrooms downstairs with custom walk in showers. The loft area has a pool table, gaming station, plenty of games and puzzles for kids of all ages and a 48" Smart TV. For your enjoyment outdoors you will find a private secluded hot tub, horseshoe pit, fire pit, charcoal grill, gas grill, and a patio table and chairs to soak in that fresh mountain air. Guests with boats, ATV's and jet skis will appreciate the easy access circle drive. The Rowdy Beaver is minutes away from the Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, Cedar Creek Golf Course and several restaurants where you can enjoy good food and entertainment. For larger gatherings consider booking our sister cabins "The Rowdy Fox" (newly added zipline) along with “The Rowdy Bear “.

My name is Gary, I grew up not too far from Broken Bow, it was a frequent destination when we went on vacation as a kid. I loved it and have had many good memories. We currently live in the Dallas area, and visit the Beavers Bend often. I feel we are extremely blessed to have the Rowdy Beaver to share with you.

Why they chose this property

We chose Beavers Bend area because it is only 3 hours from Dallas, and it has lots of things to do outdoors. The area is beautiful, and we enjoy exploring all it has to offer.
The Rowdy Beaver is located in an ideal spot, just off 259, 1/4 mile from 259A. The pictures will tell all. The Rowdy Beaver is "Breathtaking" inside and out!

What makes this property unique

I love to come here and not have to pack a lot of stuff, I have fully equipped kitchen. The cabin with everything needed to enjoy your stay. We tried to think of everything from a circle drive to a pool table upstairs. X-Box One, WII,
