2022 Christmas New Year Family Ski Holiday

Great accommodation for our family of ten! Master bedroom is spacious! Kitchen well stocked with cookware, cooking utensils, cups, bowels, plates, glasses, and silverware. Hot tub was awesome! Dining table sits ten! One block to ski bus stop! Driveway was kept in a timely fashion clear of snow!

Opportunities for improvement

Initially advertised as ski in/ski out. This has since been corrected, but after we booked. Owner should emphasize the shuttle available that picks up near property. The shuttle is great, runs every 12 minutes. Clearly, snow removal not done between renters. Front deck was unusable! Would have been awesome to sit outside on sunny afternoons, but over a foot of hardened snow/ice, covering deck and furniture, made this impossible during our stay. Definitely a ding for the property. The hot tub on the back porch was nice, but again, no snow removal made this a dangerous situation. The lack of snow removal from back deck also made using the grill quite a challenge. Not to mention propane tank was empty (thankfully, we were able to find the spare in the garage). Another opportunity for the property to improve relating to guest safety, replace the the smoke detector. The smoke detector in the main living area was removed, wires hanging down where device should have been attached. Other much more minor opportunities for improvement…. It is quite dry in colorado. We were thrilled to see a humidifier was available. However, it was broken prior to our arrival. Coasters provided, also broken prior to our arrival. Strategically placed area rugs were great, but unfortunately one of the exposed carpet tacks still managed to make it into my foot. Another situation related to lack of snow removal, a broken deck chair was frozen in the snow right in front of garage, making access to garage a challenge. And, please be aware, because property management/owner does not plow the driveway between guests, a 4WD vehicle is a MUST!!! There was definitely time to have plowed the drive in between snowstorms, prior to our arrival. This was not done. The driveway was a huge challenge. The property is nice. With the available shuttle, the location was great. The kitchen was well stocked for 10. The above are suggestions for improvements to make the next guests have a great stay!!! Thank you!

Great Breck Stay!

This house looks just like the listing - loads of beds and space for two families…we had 4 adults and 4 kids and never once felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is well appointed with spices and garbage bags and storage dishes. The location to downtown Breck and the slopes is great. The hot tub is right out the back door on the deck. We had a lovey stay!

Fun holiday ski days in Breckenridge

Our family had an exciting and awesome time in the condo. The sleeping accommodations for our family of ten were great! The master bedroom was most spacious and accommodating! The kitchen was very well equipped your cooking gourmet dinners which we did two of the three evenings we were there. The hot tub was fantastic to relax in après ski while sipping wine and recalling the adventures of the day on the slopes of Breck! Leon and Fiz and family

Perfect location

This house is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. Upon arrival, we noticed the smoke detector was chirping. I contacted the property manager. It was fixed within 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.
