I would update listing just so guest know the hot tub heater does not work no matter what you try or contact owner/manager. Also, read description closely as we missed the part about the pool heater being extra.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The hot tub is fully functional but does require following specific instructions to activate the heat. The homeowner was able to turn it on remotely during your stay and is reviewing the instructions to ensure they’re clearer for future guests.- The listing notes that pool heat is available for an additional fee. Property worked very well for our party of 3 couples. It was clean and inviting. Issues: broken toilet seat in 2nd bath also, never got the hot tub heated which was one of the reasons I chose the property. Apparently, it is remote controlled by the host and even when you get the system running it only heats for one hour. Very disappointed, it never made it to luke-warm and was unusable. They should be upfront about how the pool system works and make it clear. Last visitors commented similarly in the guest book. I would consider staying again but only if the hot tub and pool were functioning properly.

Great house and area

The house was very spacious and exactly what we needed as a family with a toddler. Initially, we had some issues with the pool jets, however the host was able to send out pool maintenance and take care of it, he was very responsive to messages. You are close to shops and grocery stores, we appreciated all the “homey” amenities like pans, silverware, and laundry access. We loved exploring the area and found many local places to eat that were amazing! We were a short drive to the beach and appreciated the great air conditioning and pool after a hot day. Excellent stay for families or other travelers looking for a quiet and cute neighborhood!

Seminole Vacation

My family recently stayed at this lovely property in Seminole FL. The house was clean and ready for us. Crib and high chair set up as we asked for. Bedding was comfortable and the pool was a great amenity. Our contact person was responsive and allowed us to enter a little bit earlier. Would definitely recommend this home

Great place to stay

My family and I had a good time staying here. There was only a few hiccups. I paid for the heater for the hot tub and was never able to figure out how to use it. Also I ended up buying two deck chairs and side table. The chairs provided were just the bag chairs you have for kids sporting event and not sturdy. Everything else was great. The house was very clean and had plenty of household items for making food. They provided plenty of towels. Overall was a good place for a family to stay.

March Break

The house was perfect. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a confortable stay While the garage door height was not enough to park a truck, the driveway easily fit 2 trucks. The only complaint i have is the lack of places to hang wet towels or suits, and the patio furniture was a little dated and didnt not accomodate mulitple people to sit outside.

Great Layout

We've rented over a dozen vacation rentals over the years and this one is near the top. The layout was very spacious and efficient, no wasted space. The pool and hot tub were great even on the cooler nights in early spring (pay extra for the heat).We had one minor issue with a doorknob and I was able to contact a person immediately and it was remedied quickly and professionally. We came down for the Indycar race and it took us about 30 minutes to get to downtown St. Pete and about 10 minutes to the beaches. I would rent this house again.

Perfect House to Visit With Family

We had my husband’s memorial service in South Pasadena on Sunday. We were able to see relatives we had not seen in over 3 years My mother got to meet her newest great-grandchild! The cousins were so excited to meet each other. The house was perfect for our family.

Great property

We had a ton of fun. The property does need a few repairs (such as a toilet that needs repair, a door knob needs to be replaced, and the pool screen needs repair). Otherwise, it was a great place to stay with our family!

Everything you need!

First off I am impressed with the helpful person (Patrick) who was compassionate with us and assisted us with some requests during our stay. I will work with Evolve Property Manager again! This place has everything you need and more and is fair price for all that it offers, clean, fun, great safe location etc. WE WILL BE BACK!

Mostly a great experience, little hiccup at the beginning of the week but can’t really blame the owner for that, someone pool cleaner or previous renter shut off a switch on the pool/spa heater. Owner tried to help, but everything looked like it was on from his end but no way for him to know someone shut off the switch. After several attempts to fix he sent by his maintenance guy who found the problem within minutes. So we were able to enjoy the spa/heated pool for the last 24 hours. Unfortunately paid for the whole week. House was very nice though and my family enjoyed it! Would stay there again in the future and felt as though the owner made effort to resolve the pool issue.

The house is beautiful and spacious and it is in a good location close to many beaches but I don't know that neither I nor my family liked it is that the house was dirty when we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dishes, the fridge was full of mosquitoes and the house had mosquitoes The pool chairs are in poor condition my mother sat on it and the chair broke and it made a huge scratch on her leg thank god it was not a major accident but they are all rusty I contacted the owner and he just told me I didn't understand how that happened if it had only been bought for a month and that's impossible, they're very rusty, they didn't do anything about it Other than that, the house is very cozy

We followed up with the owner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We're glad you found the home to be cozy and spacious for your family! - We use a professional cleaning company that does a thorough job of preparing the home between guests. We've never received cleanliness complaints in the past, but we'll pass this feedback along to our cleaning crew to ensure future guests do not run into the same issues. - Due to the location of the home and the time of year, mosquitos are prevalent in the area and can easily find their way inside if doors are left open. - The pool chairs are very new, but we will inspect them to make sure rust has not developed and replace them if necessary. We are glad your mother did not majorly injure herself, and we're sorry if this negatively impacted your stay. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Good Location but outdoor space could use some attention

I stayed at this property with my husband and 2 young kids. The inside of the house was fairly clean and well stocked. It was spacious and there was plenty of room for me and my family. The master shower had quite a bit of mold and while there were plenty of towels, many of them had stains on them. Otherwise we enjoyed the inside of the home and being able to park in the garage was great. Check in/getting into the house was very simple and we had no issues. The outdoor space could definitely use some TLC. The pool area was very dirty. While the kids enjoyed the pool, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. The bottom of the pool was full of dirt/debris. We did skim the pool multiple times every day, but the only skimmer provided was ripped in several places making it difficult. There were weeds growing out of the gutters and the concrete around the pool was very dirty. The location of the house was perfect - it was in a quiet neighborhood but very close to beaches and attractions. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but for the price we felt like the outdoor space could have been better maintained. We likely would not rent here again.
