This beautifully presented and styled 3 bedroom holiday home has all the modern comforts of home yet with the holiday feel. Walking distance to the beach and Peppers Anchorage, you are positioned in the heart of Port Stephens.

Enjoy and early morning coffee or a late afternoon drink on the generous balcony enjoying the filtered views and see breeze from Corlette Beach.
Being so close to the calm waters of Corlette you can enjoy the sun and sea and head back to all the home comforts within minutes when the air conditioning is calling you.

For those who like to explore you can follow the pathways towards the Anchorage and enjoy the beauty of the bridle path finishing at Roy Wood reserve. On offer heading the other direction and spot koalas and swans at Bagnall's Beach, pristine waters passing Dutchman's beach and follow the walking paths all the way to the Nelson Bay Marina to stop and refresh. With so many holiday opportunities from this location you can enjoy all that Port Stephen's has to offer.

Corlette's neighbourhood is home to Anchorage Port Stephens where luxury meets the sea located right on the water overlooking the marina with two restaurants and a decadent day spa. While at the neighbourhood of Salamander Bay, Oaks Pacific Blue Resort with Australia's largest swimming pool offers rooms where you can dive right in straight from your balcony and perfect for the family or those after something more casual with fast food outlets, a shopping centre, tavern and ten pin bowling nearby.
The beautiful headland walk, following the water from Corlette beach to the Anchorage, is not to be missed. Drop in for a morning coffee or afternoon drink and, if you look up, you could be lucky enough to see local koalas along the way. You can follow the water and walk all the way into Nelson Bay. You’ll find gorgeous parks and reserves dotted along the water's edge around the bays which are perfect for family picnics and barbecues, most with playgrounds for the kids. Or, if you prefer some exercise, there are paths and bike lanes which will take you along the water's edge from Corlette to Salamander Bay.
Salamander Bay Square is a thriving shopping centre with Woolworths, Coles, Kmart, Aldi as well as a range of speciality stores and a food court. You’ll find a range of casual food plus entertainment in the centre, with Tomaree Aquatic Centre and Toboggan Hill Park nearby.


To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbors, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A $1000 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Port Stephens weekend getaway

Great location, close to beaches and coastal walks, with all the convenience, comfort and amenities of home, including a secure double garage, and even a doggy-door and secure backyard for our pet. Highly recommended.

Spot on description online

Start off with the beautiful location, quiet beach is just across the road. Close to the shops and restaurants. The house is very clean spacious for the 4 of us and the kitchen has complete utensils. No hassle with checking in and out. Communicating with LJ Hooker was a breeze.Definitely booking this property again.

Lovely family home close to the sea

Excellent dog friendly house that is spacious and light in a very convenient location for walking by the sea. House is so well equipped with everything you may need provided. Even has small fenced area and doggy door out back.

We loved our 5 night stay at this very well equipped dog friendly house with two bathrooms! Despite of some maintenance needed to be done, the agent was very quick to respond and the owner delivered a new BBQ next day. We will definitely would like to go back there if we return to the area. Thank you!

Fantastic location

We enjoyed our stay, amazing location. House could do with a little extra maintenance from wear and tear. However, overall house is comfortable, clean and well appointed. Property manager was super responsive and even dropped off replacement vacuum cleaner immediately. Check-in process was also seamless and very easy. Thanks, and we would stay at this property again in the future.

Great location but

Garage needs attention. We parked in the garage as it was raining when we arrived, the door came off the rails and almost fell on us and the car. The whole place was lovely and clean except the garage that hadnt been cleaned in a loong time.. the whole property needs much more up-keep, after a while I was scared to touch anything incase it broke....blinds kept falling apart, kitchen drawers drop as you open them, cupboard doors are loose on hinges, a towel rail was on the floor another one was only partially attached, backyard fence falling down, Internal house doors from garage needs locks incase garage door gets stuck again. If all these things were maintained it would have been a pleasant stay. Instead I couldn't sleep knowing anyone could enter the house. Convenient for our dog who loved Bagnalls beach and a doggy door the garage large enough for our
