Offering that holiday lifestyle only a few minutes walk to the heart of the waterfront, cafe’s, fine dining restaurants and shopping. 3 The Pier is exquisitely appointed throughout and has been architecturally designed over two levels to take advantage of the breathtaking views.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

-Smoke free complex inclusive of private balconies and common areas.

-Pool is shared by the complex residents and guests.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.

-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.

Great location and facilities

Tea Gardens is a beautiful, quiet hamlet. A couple of good restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. The property was lovely, excellent facilities, clean and tidy.

Great Place - Will Book Again

Thank you, Chrissie, for your help and professionalism, and the owner for providing a well-stocked kitchen and a well-furnished, comfortable home. There are great views of the estuary from the large balcony and the location put us within a pretty 15 minute walk to cafes, pub, takeaway and bakery. A great stay, we loved it.
