One of our most popular listings! Stunning condo with 5 bedrooms and 4 and 1/2 baths. Located ocean block on 54th street for super convenience, third floor with an elevator. This property rents Saturday-Saturday.
This property features a large living area, dining area and full kitchen with all new furnishings. Bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, a queen in bedroom 2, 3 and 4 and a bunk bed with a trundle in bedroom 5, to sleep a family of up to 11. A TV in the living area and in the primary bedroom and WIFI. Streaming TV/ Netflix.
An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Our owners do not rent to groups under the age of 25.

Beautiful condo, very comfortable, very clean. Great parking. Easy access to the beach, walked to stores. We rented our lines, so you might want to bring some extra pillows or throws for a lazy afternoon. We had a wonderful family vacation.

Very nice place to stay.

Very large, clean unit with plenty of space for family. Bedrooms are tucked back away from living room so that babies sleeping did not hear noise. Great veranda area where we could sit outside and visit with other family members who also stayed in the building. I'd bring your own comforters as they were a little worn down, but that happens when a place is popular. And it is a bummer that one of the queen en suite bathrooms is only a tub and toilet, no shower. Guest in that room could not use tub due to mobility issues. Totally my fault as listing does show a picture of bathroom, but I missed it.

Great size for large groups, needs TLC

For the price we paid, I was dismayed to find several blinds that didn't work. The property manager had to send more silverware, there was only a set for five people and the pieces were tiny. Two of the bedspreads we're dirty on the underside. There needs to be a protocol for washing/rotating these. I also had to buy a decent frying pan, it took me over an hour to get stuck eggs off of the one provided. The unit itself was very suitable to our needs.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I am sorry you had some issues while in our rental. In the future, please call us if you have problems. We would have been happy to bring you new frying pans along with the new silverware, and tried to fix the blinds for you. I also apologize for the cleaners not seeing that the comforters were dirty, I guess they missed it if it was on the underside and not noticeable. This is a wonderful condo that many guest have enjoyed this year, I do hope you will stay with us again on your next trip to OCMD

The pictures doesn’t do it justice, on arrival the condo was immaculate, a lot of space for everyone will be renting again at this spot.
