The Space:

This spacious, light-filled, oceanside penthouse with a private wrap-around balcony is just half a block from the beach in the heart of Ocean City! Enjoy decorator finishes, free WiFi access, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and six TVs and Netflix access throughout the home, including a flatscreen HDTV in the living room. You'll have two large soaking tubs, a full-size washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and two reserved, covered parking spaces to make your stay all the more convenient and stress-free. What's nearby: You'll be able to walk everywhere you need to go! Key Largo is a short stroll from the beach and many popular shops, restaurants, and activities, including Fager's Island, Seacrets, Macky's Bayside Bar & Grill, Candy Kitchen, Chauncey's Surf Shop, and Maui Golf. Things to know: Gourmet kitchen Outdoor shower Elevator Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Fantastic condo - very spacious and nicely decorated. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Also perfect for our St Patty’s weekend celebration - it was on the parade route. Wrap around balcony to enjoy all the views as well. Highly recommended.

Perfect!

We stayed for a golf weekend and the space was large enough to accommodate 8 of us! Many of the places were closed for the season, but Seacrets was open and walkable! Great stay!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. We had a couple issues and the property manager was prompt in fixing them. We would definitely stay there again.

Country Calling Weekend Stay!

This spot was a perfect location for our weekend! We were able to get down to the concert and back easily. Plenty of options for food, drinks and shopping all within walking distance. SO close to the beach. We enjoyed morning walks and hanging out on the beach in the afternoon/evenings.

No place like home

Our stay here was fantastic. We took a family vacation with 13 people. The condo was bug enough to accommodate everyone, it was absolutely beautiful and so close to the beach. The condo was clean and very comfortable.
