With the convenience of 2 designated parking sports, exploring the nearby attractions and local hotspots is effortless. Whether you're seeking a tranquil getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, this Ocean City apartment promises an unforgettable experience for you and your loved ones.

Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest).
For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival.

This place is beautiful, big and in the perfect location. Not to tarnish the review but it would take it to the next level if they had good cookware and better mattresses. The place is expensive and switching this will make your stay very luxurious.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! My husband and I traveled with two kids, 7 and 8 and both of our mothers. Being right on the beach was perfect so we weren’t lugging all our stuff too far. The unit was beautiful and well kept. Plenty of space for us to spread out when we needed it. Spent lots of time on the back deck and on the 2 balconies over looking the ocean, beautiful views!I did not have to contact the owner during our stay at all, but I reached out a few times ahead with questions. He was very quick to respond and friendly. I would definitely recommend and would also stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing. It's a short walk to the beach and the sandy area behind the house was perfect for the kids to play before dinner. The bedrooms were spacious and the views were great. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. Linens were soft and comfortable. The only con is the refrigerator is on the small side, so if you cook a lot like we do it was helpful to have a big cooler to store extra cold food and drinks. Parking wasn't much of an issue. We all have large SUV's so we only put one car in the carport and did street parking for the other cars. As long as it wasn't mid day you could easily find parking on 40th or 41st street. The management company was very responsive to our questions and were easy to work with. Overall it was a great house for our family vacation!

Just do it if you’re considering!

We had multiple families stay for a long weekend. Bedrooms fit us all very well. Unit has three full bathrooms and a powder room on first floor. Location was beachfront with a private little sand area for kids to play. Deck was large with plenty of seating and had storage underneath for all the beach stuff. We froze out the digital entry by accident. Owner answered immediately after hours on a holiday weekend and assisted. Cant wait to return!

July 2024 Review

Recommendations for owner: providing some hand soaps for the bathrooms/kitchen, remove broken furniture, fix holes/leaks in ceilings, provide working vacuum to help with sand throughout the week (didn’t work), quick response on missing pillow cases but no response from owner about state of unit. Pictures are deceiving regarding quality. Drawers falling out of cabinets. Threatening message from owner on fridge which wasn’t a nice touch. Overall- the location was fantastic but the unit and the responsiveness wasn’t what we had hoped for.

Nice unit

Positives: The unit is beautiful. Short walk to the beach, plenty of room for our family. Host was initally responsive, the first day. Negatives: We were suppose to be in at 3pm, cleaners didn’t finish until 3:30. My kids found a pack of cigarettes under the couch (we don’t smoke). The refrigerator took 36 hours to cool down, we had to put all of our groceries in coolers. Upon getting to the unit, the back screen door was broke and not fixable. Master bedroom door hinges were pulling out of the door frame, and a towel bar in the bathroom was hanging off the wall. Thankfully my husband comes prepared and had tools with him, fixing the door and towel bar. We weren’t given enough towels for everyone staying at the house. The last evening there was a new group at the unit next to ours, smoking marijuana
. Which stunk up our entire unit, and was still lingering in the morning. Not a great atmosphere for kids. Host was made aware of the late entry, refrigerator and screen door initially but didn’t respond after checkout when he was made aware of the previously mentioned repairs and issues.
