AMENITIES – 10 Southface sleeps up to ten guests and offers four bedrooms including a main floor master king bedroom and three additional bedrooms in the lower level. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living and family rooms with fireplaces, and an updated kitchen and baths. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. This home has a wonderful peaceful Zen feeling; come home, sit on your deck, and enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful, spacious log home that was nicely decorated and very clean, with many great features including a nice kitchen, home theater, Sonos sound system, hot tub and steam shower. The 2-car garage was definitely a plus to keep the snow off our vehicles. Views of the mountains and Breckenridge ski resort were amazing. Hitting the hot tub after a long day of skiing was awesome! Would definitely stay here again :)

Family summer vacation

The place was beyond expectations, clean and spacious. Views were amazing. And even had snow flurries for a summer vacation. House was perfect for the amount of people we had and everyone had a bed. Would rent again.

Beautiful home and spectacular views

Words cannot describe the beauty seen from the back windows. Snow capped mountains and beautiful trees. The home is beautiful and very clean. It is very spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. Any time I visit Breckenridge I know where I will be staying, this home cannot be beat.

Fantastic home

Very clean and well appointed home. We've been coming to Breck for over a decade and this is the best home we've rented. Very clean, everything you would need in the kitchen (but bring all your own spices, no salt or pepper). Location is good but neighbors are close and it feels like you're in town even though you're 10 mins away. Bathrooms and beds were great. The hot tub never worked so that was a bummer but they tried to fix it.

Great stay for long weekend!

The pictures of this unit don't tell the whole story of how accommodating the space is. We had 4 families, so each of the sets of parents had a room and the kids slept in the bunk-room and in the tv-family room. Speaking of tv-family room... that projection TV is ENORMOUS (I think it's over 10 foot), so we loved watching football on it. The Great Room with the wood-burning fireplace is big and open, and great for celebrating a birthday, which we did! The heated garage holds 2 cars and everyone's skis... cuz we tried to walk down to the bus stop (150 yds from house) each day to ski Breck. The only complaint is that the hot tub is on the deck of the master bedroom, so everyone has to walk through that bedroom to get in/out. But all-in-all... it's a great place for our group and we hope to come back!

The home is about a 10 or 15 minute drive outside of downtown Breckenridge. It is at a significantly higher altitude, which is great for the views! The home is very spacious with a very large gathering area upstairs. There are multiple decks with incredible views. There are several bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms and common area. The lower deck has a hot tub which is quite large.I should say a word about the rental company. They were so helpful. They actually have a service that will come out and shovel your walk and decks. We had a minor service need which they took care of quickly and very efficiently. They checked on us regularly and kept us informed about everything.All in all a wonderful home and really phenomenal service from the rental company! Would recommend highly!
