4 chambres / 3 salles de bain, maison de ville de 1933 pieds carrés située à 4 pâtés de maisons de la rue principale et à 1 pâté de maisons d'un arrêt de navette de la ville. Vous n'êtes qu'à 1 pâté de maisons de l'ascenseur de flocon de neige. Vous pouvez skier chez vous à la course 4 heures et traverser la rue pour rejoindre votre immeuble. Il y a une cuisine complète, foyer au gaz, TV et Internet WiFi, laveuse / sécheuse empilable, baignoire à jets dans la salle de bain principale et un barbecue au gaz sur le pont. This was a great property to stay at. We enjoyed being so close to the Snowflake Chairlift. The property manager was responsive when we called and had questions. Pack n Plays were also provided for us when we asked. We would stay here again.

Another wonderful Breckinridge trip. Our family had a wonderful time at this well kept unit. The unit is located close to town and with walking distance of the snowflake lift. Being at the far end of the small unit of condos gives it a quiet and remote feeling and the hot top off the side of the unit is well secluded with a view of the woods around. The unit is always well kept and in tip top shape, we noticed they recently updated the kitchen appliances. Our interaction with the staff at the management company has always been great, they ar super friendly and helpful. Look forward to renting again next year!

Great spot for family and friends

This beautiful, well equipped townhouse was great for our group. Ski in/out is a 2 min walk to the lift, which is also a bus stop for the free bus to and from town. The private hot tub was perfect for relaxing, and we loved the ski racks in the garage and cubbies in the entryway for all of our gear. Property manager was super responsive and helped with all we needed, including locating a left behind item!

Beautiful house in a perfect location

We spent 5 days at this house with two families. The location was unbelievable, 3 minute walk to the gondola and 3 minute walk home from snowflake and Four O’clock runs. The house was immaculately clean and well furnished. We will definitely look to stay at this property when we visit again next year.

Winter Wonderland

Our family of 5 adults spent a wonderful 5 days in early January ’25 here. Later on 3 of our good friends arrived a day before the end of our stay and that brought the total adults to 8. The condo handled our group without any issues and we all had a great stay. This unit is an amazing find, the locality is truly magical and the views up the valley from the hot tub were a highlight of the trip.

Great location and stay

House was clean and in a great location for ski-in, ski-out! Short walk to town of Breckenridge. Only complaint was parking...very limited. location only allows 2 cars so need to secure parking elsewhere and you pay for this. Thanks Mike for your help with early check-in! Would stay here again!

Skiing at Breckenridge

Had a great stay at Breckenridge for a ski holiday with the family. Fantastic condo and Michael, the property manager was amazing to work with. Super responsive and helpful. The condo had everything we needed and more. The hot tub a welcomed ending to a great day of skiing.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

This property was perfect for my husband and me, plus our adult children! Lots of living space to be together while providing privacy for the bedrooms (on different levels of the condo). Peak Property Management made everything easy, from booking to checkout! We will be back!

We think Mountaineer is pretty great too. Few properties are as close to the Snowflake Lift and Snowflake Run as this one. The townhome setup makes it great for families as you found out. We look forward to having the whole group back in Breckenridge again soon!

Everything you could need at Breckenridge

My guests and I had an exemplary stay at Mountaineer. We had all the room we could want for multiple people and great gathering spaces for meals and games when not out on the slopes. Private hot tub with a view, heated garage, and the Snowflake lift being about a minutes walk away were the highlights. I thought the value was perfect and I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Breckenridge!

A perfect fit for our all adult group of 7

The accommodations in this 4 bedroom with a king, queen, double and twins worked great for our group. The close location to the snowflake lift allowed those of us who were skiing easy access to the mountain. The private hot tub was secluded and provided a wonderful opportunity to relax and unwind. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and more. This unit was far and away the best we have stayed at in Breckinridge.

Just as advertised. Perfect location.

The Mountaineer M-1 was just as it appeared in the pictures. Location by the Snowflake lift was perfect. The ski rental place is within 100 yards of the front door. Hot tub was great. The coffee maker had an issue on our first morning there and it was immediately replaced by the management company. Great experience. Thanks!

Great Breck ski condo

Terrific location for skiers - we had 3 adults and 5 teens. Short walk to the Snowflake lift which is also a Breck Free Ride stop to get to town or the gondola for a dinner out on the mountain. Very positive experience with the property manager other than having to check in at the office for a key (it’s 2024 let’s not have to do that anymore). Good ski storage in the garage. Mattresses are all abysmal and well beyond their useful life. Condo is well stocked with towels and kitchen stuff, and the hot tub was hot and clean. Would definitely stay here again if they get new mattresses!

Good location but weak on amenities

We enjoyed our stay but there were no TVs in the bedrooms and only a small TV in the living room. The heat was not working on the lower level where we stored our ski boots and other apparel. The humidifiers were old and didn’t work very well and be aware, The master bedroom is on the third floor. That doesn’t sound to bad until your second day of skiing when your legs are very sore. All in all it is a clean, nice place with a good location. It’s about a 100 yard walk to the lift and the same from the end of the closest ski run.

We are glad you enjoyed Mountaineer and the great location. I will remove those old humidifiers (we do not provide or maintain them - they were left from a previous guest) I just wanted to point out that the lower master bedroom has a 26" flat-screen TV and the living room has a 37" flat-screen TV mounted over the fireplace. I know that seems small compared to some of the giant TV's out there but it fits well in the space. We look forward to helping you enjoy Breckenridge again soon!
