Bonview Beach Boy with pool on the park

Welcome to Bonview Beach Boy with pool on the park!
Walk to the beach from this gorgeous home or out the back yard to the 15 acre parkland known as RW Stone Reserve. Or stay at the property and be entertained for hours with the heated pool (to 28 degrees), not heated from May-October. The table tennis table, foosball table and evenings by the fire pit.

On the ground floor we have two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen that has a servery out to the balcony that looks over the pool and parklands.
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - single bed and trundle bed. We have a desk in this room for those that need to work from home.
Family bathroom with bath
Bathroom two off the second living area.

Upstairs we have three further bedrooms:
Bedroom 3 - Master bedroom with ensuite, private balcony and ceiling fan
Bedroom 4 - single bunk and single bed (air conditioning)
Bedroom 5 - two single beds ( air-conditioning)

Both living rooms have smart tv's.
Free Wifi

Full linen provided, you just need to bring a pool and beach towel.

Hydronic heating throughout to ensure your comfort all year round.
Air conditioning to the main living area, large games room and two bedrooms upstairs

Note: The pool is heated (to 28 degrees ) from November 1st to April 1st

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
Hens parties by application only. Please message through your plans and we will come back to you promptly.

Well behaved pets welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.

A terrific spring getaway - The best of the Peninsula

A group of friends (40+) had a fabulous time in Somers Pool Park & Beach Retreat. The layout is setup perfectly with inviting communal living (with easy to light fireplace!) and a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. We spent the best of the spring sun lounging by the pool with ample outdoors furniture for everyone. Highly recommend! hrecommend it.

Great Spot for unwinding - unless its in footy training season - the place is beautiful.The beds are all super comfortable- great for pets except for the gravel :) Could do with a couple more tea towels and bowls (my family and I are avid cooks so spent a lot of time in the kitchen ). Nice kitchen with all the amenities and appliances(love the cooktop) Overall lovely space to unwind.
