Rent Branson owns a private, commercial laundry facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat commercial washers with EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. After our housekeeping team has cleaned the home, our professional inspectors walk through the home to ensure every home is clean and ready for your arrival.

Elevators are owned and maintained by the Condo Owners Association at Treehouse Condos. There are elevators in buildings 9, 12/13 (attached buildings that share an elevator), and building 14. Rent Branson is not affiliated with the Condo Owners Association and is not responsible for non-working elevators. No refunds will be given if one is out of service during your stay.

Incredible Experience

I've stayed at Treehouse Condos on Indian Point through Rent Branson multiple times. This past weekend was another excellent experience. The condo was clean, and communication was top notch. I already have another trip booked for next month, and I will be planning more throughout the Summer.

Beautiful view!

We loved this condo so much! The view is spectacular to wake up to every morning and so pretty at night as well. We were lucky enough to have a full moon over the lake! The place has such a warm, welcoming feel! Loved the baskets in the bathroom for all our toiletries..genius! The property is just gorgeous and very peaceful!

Deep clean

We enjoyed our stay. Condo could use a deep cleaning. Baseboards and hair dryer cord were dusty. The view was great, enjoyed watching the sunrise over the lake. Location was good, we did SDC and always enjoy staying on the point.

Nice place!

This cute little one bedroom condo was just what we needed. A place with a bedroom with a king bed, and a nice living room with a couch for our 5 year old grandson. Everything was great except the light flooding into the living room in the morning. The curtains on the sliding door out to the balcony were very thin, and our grandson woke up when the sun came up. He had stayed up late to watch the fireworks shows from the balcony 2 nights in a row -- he could have used more sleep in the morning

Very impressed

This condo was the best place we've rented in thirty-five years. It was well taken care of, great view of the lake, well stocked with everything needed for condo life, and most of all much loved by the owner. I just with the description of condo location included the hills and curves lol. Roads are under construction very confusing. Would have been great to be informed. Other than that it was the best vacation we've had in years. We would like to return in the spring and hope to have the same area. Thanks

Last minute delight

My wife and I were driving towards Branson at about 4:30 in the afternoon. This was a last minute vacation and we had no housing plans. We had tried to book online with several hotels and timeshare type companies. Then we tried Rent Branson. The phone operator said their online reservation system was down due to technical issues. They took my requested needs and within 2 hours had us the perfect condo for the right price. Not to cheap and not too expensive. . . Just Right! The moment we checked in until we left they stayed in touch and over suggestions and discount tickets to shows and restaurants we used. They were not too pushy and very helpful when needed. It was prefect for our last minute vacation. We will definitely call them first if and when we return to the Brandon area. Top Notch Company.

My stay

When we finally got the water on in the unit things got better. Then there was a problem with the tv's. They were stuck on espn, not a channel I like. You did get those fixed as well. Might have the hot water tank looked. When the second shower happened the water would go suddenly hot then back to normal then cold. We are looking to return to Branson in September or October. I would like info for bldg 2 and 14, only one bedroom units. We would stay during the week to avoid the weekend crowds. We have been staying at the Treehouse Condos for over 10 years and this trip was not up to previous standards. Looking forward to your reply.

Clean place, great view of the lake , easy to get to silver dollar city Couple downsides was no soap or shampoo provided for guests. Shower head was weak. And no fans in entire condo. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would come back

Great spot for a lake getaway

We enjoyed our time in this unit and found it to be just as described and pictured. There were a couple small hiccups with check-in as they are converting from keys to a keypad locks on the units. I'm sure that'll be all set in the coming weeks so would definitely recommend this as a good value for a small family looking for a spot to stay while visiting Branson/Table Rock Lake!

It was great! I needed this get a way more than I can express. It was relaxing and refreshing. I will be back!! Everyone that I spoke with was great. Four days prior to my original check in date I had a death in my family. I needed to reschedule my check in date. I called and explained my situation and it was no problem for the staff to reschedule my dates. Thank you for allowing me to do this.
