LAKEHOUSE CHALET on Sky Lake, 5 Bed, Majestic Sunsets and Spacious living

As you enter the Property the Lakehouse Chalet is situated on the right side and as you drive along the lake you will see you cabins by the lake. For small or large gatherings we are ready to host you and your party. Our waterfront cabins are situated comfortably along Sky Lake. Onsite we have fireplace, Private BBQ and deck for your enjoyment. This is a private property with Private Lake and access to water right at your doorsteps.

Prepare Meals and build memories with your own open concept kitchen, with the view of the lake. Prepare meal easily with a fully equipped kitchen that contains all the essentials, including microwave, and stove / oven. Two Large living space and Dining room area, smart TV with Wifi. Please take time to read the Bedding and sleeping arrangement details that way you can better plan your sleeping and bringing your own bed sheets.

Sky Lake Resort is only minutes from easy access to the Bruce Trail for excellent summer hiking. The Bruce Trail is the oldest marked hiking trail in Canada and is over 845 kilometers long. As part of the Niagara Escarpment, it was declared a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve in 1990. Also nearby are the world famous beaches at Sauble and Red Bay, the historic Lighthouses along the shores of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay as well as excellent summer cycling routes. There is also plenty of peace and quiet for those who just want to relax and enjoy nature.

Sky Lake Resort was established as a hunting/fishing and family fun space, sometime during the 1950's. Many of our loyal repeat guests still recall their childhood memories of good times at our establishment and now continue this tradition with their children and grandchildren.

Other things to note
Please remember to:

1-The water is drinkable, UV light and filter from well. There might a slight Oder from the well, but it is safe to drink. You can also bring your own drinking water.

2- Bring Fitted sheet, blankets, pillows, linens and towels. Reminder to view bed sizes to the correct size of bedding.

3-Outside we have a BBQ private for your use only. The deck and porch all have lake view. . Enjoy the mornings sipping coffee a listening to the sounds of morning birds, and mist on the lake before the wildlife wakes and the day begins full of excursions and the great Northers Ontario day trips.

4-The fire pits are located in back of the property, your private after dark space. Enjoy the nights with family and friends!

5-Boat launch is free for use while you stay with us. We also have Canoe rentals for a fee of $35 per day. However we will give you 2 free canoe during your stay. Please make sure to ask in advance of your check in date for canoe available.
Guest Access:

This private cottage has access to the water, with a large back yard for your entertainment night fires. Enjoy the starlight in the back yard while you BBQ and make fire with your family. The public washrooms are located under the large cottage accessed from outside only used for other guests. You will have to yourself two levels private, spacious 2000sqf Plus a Private Deck with patio seating for 6 and a Front and back yard to your self.
