The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee ($) (plus a 15% service charge). Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate (plus a 15% service charge). Guests can also pay per day, for guests ages 16 and older, who stay for one to four days. This can be either prepaid or upon arrival at the Club. For children 12 years of age and younger, our Temporary Memberships are complimentary.

With two spectacular, heated saltwater swimming pools (a 50-foot lap pool with a 12-foot sun shelf and a second veranda pool), private gardens, and breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea, Hyde Park Villa is perfectly suited for families, a group of friends, or a corporate retreat.

Inspired by the hues of the sand and the sea, award-winning interior designer Marshall Erb and the owner worked side-by-side to update and transform Hyde Park Villa into the timeless, contemporary homey retreat that it is today. Sophisticated, comfortable, light, bright, open, and airy, this villa provides an abundance of space to spread out or come together, and design-forward details delight around every corner. Now, every decorative element complements Jamaican architecture, every colorway is an extension of the natural landscape, and every comfort has been considered down to the embroidered hand towels.

The private grounds and layout are two of this home’s greatest assets: Hyde Park Villa is perfectly sited on 3.4 beautifully landscaped acres with six pavilions, one of which is the Magnolia Suite, a two-story structure with a magnificent bedroom suite offering bird’s eye views down to the Sandy Bay coastline; the Hibiscus Suite is a 1,900 sq. ft. primary cottage with a private veranda; the main pavilion has four palatial ensuite bedrooms (the Dahlia Suite and the Camellia Suite each with king-sized beds, plus the Azalea Suite with two queen beds, and the Jasmine Suite with two full-sized beds). And dining options abound: Guests can dine in an enclosed, air-conditioned formal dining room with a view or al fresco at the pool-side dining pavilions.

After a sunkissed day of sports and recreation — or spa treatments and a poolside nap if that’s your speed — you get to close out your evening with laughter and views of the brilliant Caribbean ocean and the twinkling lights of the nearby village while you sit beside your own private fire pit. Nearby, friends and family are enjoying the sounds of the Sonos system, soaking their cares away in the 12-person hydrotherapy spa while watching a movie on the 75” outdoor television at the Pool Pavilion. At Hyde Park Villa, relaxation and rejuvenation happen by design, and unforgettable moments are as certain as the tides.

Hyde Park Villa may be rented with five bedrooms during the summer season. The five-bedroom rental does not include the Hibiscus Suite.
