Situated on 4 acres above Jamaica's 400-acre Half Moon champion golf course and a mere 5 minutes from the new Ritz Carlton and the Rose Hall Resort & Country Club of Montego Bay is where you will find The Pavilion, the deluxe 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom Jamaican villa that is fully staffed with a cook, butler, chambermaid, laundress and gardener. Privately located on spacious grounds with views of the Caribbean Sea to the north and mountains to the south, The Pavilion is the perfect get away for individuals and families alike. Its accommodations, amenities, staff, grounds, and location are sure to guarantee a trip you will not forget.

The Pavilion was designed to capture the rhythms of the beautiful Jamaican landscape and flora. It was once described as a house without walls in which the views filled in for the missing hallways. There are 5 bungalows which are self-contained living spaces with a bedroom, changing room and full bathroom. The layout creates a feeling of togetherness and yet every guest has their own space in which to escape and relax. There is a central bungalow where guests enjoy their cocktails, meals, and entertainment in a an open air environment to maximize the Jamaican experience.


Some noteworthy details: 66' kidney-shaped pool with waterslide, adjacent Jacuzzi hot tub, bamboo poolside bar, all complimented by the outside sound system; air conditioning in all 5 bedrooms; cable television, satellite dish, 5 televisions, 3 VCR's, 5 DVD/CD players; additional accommodations for 4 children in 4 trundle beds adjoining parents' bedrooms; large yard; Sony Playstation 2; fax machine and second phone line; DSL internet access ready for your laptop.

In summary, the Pavilion experience is like staying at your own private hotel in the hills of Jamaica. The difference is that each member of the staff is thee to take care of your needs and no one else's needs. The staff can arrange for in room massages, fishing trips, or helicopter tours. Pavilion

Ocean view out front, stunning mountains out back. Ideal location overseen by a wonderful staff. Pavilion is beautiful and really well designed as it allows for privacy in sleeping areas and airy open communal spaces for dining and socializing. Great vacation!!

Perfect vacation

One of our best vacations to date. It will definitely be hard to vacation without all these amenities in the future. The staff is amazing. Iona’s cooking is superb. We didn’t even want to eat out at restaurants. Glenford is the best butler! You can hire Rowan as your driver and he was worth every dollar. The view is breath taking. We just loved every minute of our stay!

This property and care from the staff was far above what's advertised from its description and photos. I usually leave constructive reviews in order to provide more accuracy for future residents. I have no complaints. The property was spacious and the staff was more than accommodating. This was a complete luxury stay.

Seamless vacation

Pavilion is situated in the hills above the Half Moon Club and it has two fantastic views: one of the ocean and one of the mountains which is very peaceful. The staff of five takes care of all your needs: shopping, cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. As recommended we hired a driver who moved our party to and from the Half Moon Club, the beach, the Golf Courses, the Gym, the Tennis courts and several different lunch spots around Montego Bay. Iona, the chef, is a wizard at preparing fantastic dinners which consist of soup, salad, main course, desert and coffee. And her breakfasts are better than any Grand Slam breakfast in America -- the bacon is over the top delicious. Having access to the Half Moon Club and then enjoying your own space is a perfect vacation for any sized family or even couples. AWESOME.

Best trip of my life!!!

I was fortunate enough to get to bring eight of my closest girl friends to the Pavilion with me along with a few of their parents for a week during our spring break. Pavilion housed us all VERY comfortably! Nine of us girls slept in one of the rooms together (we couldn't stand to spend a minute apart) on mattresses that the staff kindly set up for us and we used one of the other rooms for all of our clothing. Despite how cramped it sounds, it was actually a very comfortable set up! Not to mention the FOOD. Every year I look forward to going back and eating Iona's incredible, mouth watering meals. I dream about them all year. The trip would not have been nearly as successful if it weren't for Iona, Glenford, Sandra, and every one else that makes Pavilion so great.

The Pavilion is well-versed in spoiling and pampering you!

THE TRIP DESCRIBED IN TWO WORDS - SMOOTH AND SATED!!! Smooth: Smooth in that there were NO hiccups whatsoever; Smooth in that, to a person, we wanted for nothing the ENTIRE time there; Smooth in that Iona, Glenford, and the rest of the staff anticipated and flawlessly executed on our every next move and next want. Sated: We all returned from our trip with an wry smile curled on our faces reflecting the knowledge of what we just achieved - and what is typically difficult to achieve - namely, the trip eclipsed even the sky-high expectations of a sentinel birthday trip. We will be looking to go back soon! The house sets up perfectly for couples, couples with kids, a guy's golf trip, or a girls spa trip. No need to even leave the property but if you do, having access Half Moon Club (and its beaches, pools, tennis, golf, biking, horses - the list goes on and on) is the cherry on top! This house is a hands-down MUST for your Jamaica escape!!!

Absolutely amazing Pavillion!

The Pavillion was one of the nicest places we’ve experienced in Jamaica. The place was very clean, lots of open space, beautiful grounds with scenery of the mountains and ocean. The staff was just as amazing as the house. We wanted to take a personal chef, Iona, home with us. Anything we wanted was provided to us. The staff was accommodating to all of our requests. The driver was fantastic. He gave us lots of history about the island and places to visit. The kids had a blast with all of the games provided at the house, the gorgeous pool and fun slide. We really had an amazing time that exceeded our expectations of the trip. I highly recommend this place for your future travel and would definitely go back. You are treated like royalty!

BEST VACATION EVER

The Pavilion was home this past week for my family and I (party of 11) and we enjoyed every bit of it. There is so much to say about this gem, that I don't even know where to start. The Pavilion has AMAZING views, mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. To add to the amazing views, the staff was EXTREMELY welcoming. Ms. Iona our chef, spoiled us with such DELICIOUS meals (we will miss her grill cheese sandwiches) the entire week that my family wanted to bring her and Mr. Glenford home with us. Mr. Glenford, our butler is such a ray of sunshine! He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay including our daily pool side daiquiris, his delicious rum punch and morning coffee. Kr. Glen didn't skip a beat in laking sure we were cared for! Ms. Annette and Ms. Sandra took really good care of our villas and laundry on a daily basis, making our stay even more enjoyable! Mr. Jules made sure to keep the grounds and the pool clean for us on a daily basis. There wasn't a day during our stay were we didn't feel welcomed by all of the staff, they are part of our family now! I am going to miss my daily chats with them, but we will see each other again. The Pavilion will be our home again on our next vacation to Jamaica! This place is a hidden gem for sure.

My favorite vacation spot!

I rented this villa for a week with my husband and another couple. We all agreed that it was everything you could ask for in a perfect vacation. We spent our days at Half Moon's beach: snorkeling, eating pork tacos for lunch and exploring their 400 acre property. In the afternoon we would return to the peace and quiet of Pavilion with beautiful ocean And mountain views. The staff at the villa are so experienced and take care of everything! Iona's food was delicious and she is so accommodating of special requests/needs. Glenford makes the best rum punch and is always there when you need him. Sandra & Annette clean your room and do your laundry every day!! Juel keeps the pool clean and maintains the lovely gardens. David drove us around and was always on time and made us feel safe. We went to Glistening Waters one evening after dinner which was fun and did some shopping but other than that it was either the beach or the villa - So relaxing!!!!!

Pavilion is amazing! We just spent a week there, our fourth visit. Our family loves it there. The beautiful property with views of the ocean and mountains, the large private en-suite bedrooms, the great pool and hot tub and, of course, the wonderful staff makes for a unbeatable vacation.

Staying at the Pavilion is like staying at your own private hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared just the way you want and each meal is served by Glenford. Iona is the best chef on the island and there is no reason to eat dinner at any restaraunt. Dinners consist of many courses served on fine china - soup course, salad course, main course with two meats, dessert course and finally flaming coffees . . . .crazy good. Breakfast is over the top with pancakes, eggs, fruit, coffee, tea, whatever you need. Your laundry is done on a daily basis and returned that evening folded and pressed. Each room is meticulously cleaned and maintained and the layout incorporates the beautiful surroundings. The views of the mountains and the ocean are also very relaxing. Top shelf service, facilities, location and layout makes this a perfect spot for any event. Highly recommended . . . enjoy.

From the moment we were picked up at the Airport by our terrific driver for the week Rowan, we experienced the best family vacation we have ever had. We have travelled as a family during the Christmas holiday period to many 5 star resorts but unquestionably our vacation at the Pavilion was unparalleled. First, the location, setting and accommodations were perfection. the villa consists of 5 seperate devine pavilion style houses. This is old world glamour from a bygone era. Think Babe Paley or Grace Kelly old world. Second, being able to access all of the amenities at Half Moon makes your stay ideal. There is so much to so at Half Moon that you would never get bored. Great tennis,gym spa, and world class golf at The White Witch. Also the setting and beach at Half Moon is beyond magnificent.Lastly, and probably most importantly,we can’t say enough good things about the professionals who take care of you at the Pavilion. From Iona the extraordinary chef whose breakfast ,lunch and dinner using the freshest ingredients and prepares menus that could rival some of the best restaurants at which we have ever eaten to Glenford who tends to your every need and greets you with the warmest smile first think in the morning and last thing at evening this place is special. Sandra who tends to your rooms with utmost care, Annette who provides each and every member of your family with daily laundry and Juel who keeps the stunning property immaculate. We absolutely loved The Pavilion and will be coming back. Extraordinary and highly recommended.

My husband and I just went and stayed here for our honeymoon and we could not have been more impressed with the beautiful property, views, and staff! We felt like royalty all week. The stay at the Pavilion was nothing less then magical. The property, scenery, staff, food all where 5 stars! The ocean, the mountains the entire atmosphere allowed my family and I to have an amazing time and connect on a deep spiritual level. It's an experience that none of us will soon forget. We have absolutely loved spending our time in Jamaica and love sharing The Pavilion with others to have those same memories with their families.
