Located in Playa Guiones (Section K), Nosara, Guanacaste, this spacious two-story beach vacation home is right next to the Wildlife Refuge and to Olas Verdes Hotel. Access the beach is through the Olas Verdes’ jungle path across the Wildlife Reserve or by the public beach access, 400 yards away.

On the first level you’ll find: shaded parking for one car plus parking space for another two, dining room (seats 8), a full kitchen with a breakfast counter (seats five more); one bedroom with a king size bed (a/c) and private bathroom, an ample shaded terrace for about 10 adults, a half-bathroom, a laundry room, and a large swimming pool with tropical gardens and views of the forest. Powerful ceiling fans keep the social areas very comfortable. Wi-fi throughout the house.

The second level has three bedrooms: the master bedroom with king size bed and walk-in closet, a large bedroom with 2 single beds, walk-in closet and balcony; and the kids’ bedroom with two bunk beds, a single bed and balcony. All bedrooms have air conditioning and their private bathroom. The rental includes up to two hou hour of complimentary daily housekeeping service (6 days during your stay), and extra cleaning is available for a fee. Concierge service is included.
