The property is amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Backyard area with pool is very nicely done with many nice plants where the birds sing to you! Excellent kitchen with top end appliances and all the cooking tools you could think of. Close to the beach and restaurants. We had an awesome chef come to cook us a delicious fresh local fish dinner for a dinner party we had, which was a smashing success. We are coming back to this property!

Beautiful Home, Excellent Hosts

This beautiful home was close to everything in town, while also providing peaceful, relaxing privacy. Every detail of the property was thoughtfully planned, well maintained and clean. We stayed 2 weeks and the hosts helped us plan transportation needs, dinners out, and activities with our kids. Their recommendations were excellent and made for a very memorable trip. We hope to come back soon!

Excellent Villa, Excellent Town

This was our first time staying at VRBO and Victor & Carmelina’s Villa in Nosara exceeded all expectations. The location was ideal and communication was prompt and useful - this villa was perfect for our family of 5
.Everything is in walking distance (beach, restaurants, yoga, etc). We will certainly be back!!!

Wonderful stay!

My family of five (two adults, two teens, and one younger child) stayed at Victor and Carmelina's beautiful home for a week. Communication from V & C was great. The property manager and staff were attentive and responsive, the location was perfect, the house was very clean, the beds and linens were wonderful, the pool was large and heated, etc. We had a fantastic time and would return to this home in a heartbeat!

Sensational Property!

This was our first time visiting Costa Rica. We elected to use VRBO to find a place to stay. Frankly, when we arrived at the Beachside Villas, my immediate thought was; “wow - The pictures online don’t do this place justice!” It was perfect and exactly what we needed. The owners were very communicative and helpful any time we needed.

A Slice of Pura Vida Paradise!Our family just returned from an incredible stay at this magnificent villa in Costa Rica, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beauty and comfort of the home.The location is absolutely perfect – a quick and easy 10-minute walk had us right on the beach and exploring the small town. Plenty of surf schools and board rental shops around the corner. We loved that we had no need for a car/ golf cart the entire trip, making for a truly relaxing and stress-free vacation. The convenience factor for a family trip was a game-changer!The house itself is stunning - simple zen like space.We spent most of our time outdoors under the covered spacious patio. It truly felt equivalent to staying at a five-star hotel with super comfortable bedding and plush towels. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen was a huge highlight, allowing us to enjoy family meals with ease with the help of an incredible chef recommended by our amazing hosts Carmelina and Victor.This villa checked every single box for our family. It provided the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and accessibility. We enjoyed the serene environment, and made memories that will last a lifetime. A huge thank you to our hosts Carmelina and Victor, super kind couple that provided such a peaceful and welcoming retreat. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay in Nosara CR

We loved our week at V's Beachside Villa. We stayed in the 3 Bedroom Villa and it was incredible, both inside and out. We couldn't have asked for a better week. The villa has parking, it's private, the outdoor space is as beautiful as the indoor space. The developer thought of everything at this home - we loved it.

BRAND NEW PERFECT LOCATION

Unit is perfectly located, short walk to the beach/ Nosara Town. Pool is bigger than expected, extremely nice decoration, high end appliances and fully equipped. Will definitely come back. Greeted by the owner, felt right like home.

Amazing Stay!

Our family spent over a week at this beautiful Villa. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything needed. We rented two Atvs and they were a huge highlight of the trip. Carmelina and Victor were amazing hosts. They were available to help from start to finish. We enjoyed the pool and surfing throughout the day. The villa is clean and so comfortable. The house was fully loaded with everything you would want or need. Great trip!

Beautifully Designed & Appointed Property

The home is well located with convenient access to everything. Beautifully designed with thoughtful and tasteful decor, unique to the setting. Clearly the owners put a lot of time, effort and thought into the home and it shows in daily living. Very communicative owners who are quick to address any issues at the property (even though the issues are largely specific to the place, not the home). The owner(s) take pride in their home and it shows in every detail.

incredible villa and location

Absolutely stunning property. One of the best villas we have ever stayed in. Super clean and comfortable. Great beds, great AC, fully stocked kitchen etc. Owners are incredible easy to communicate with. Location is perfect, middle of Nosara and 2mins from the beach. However the best thing about this place is the pool and patio - we spent 90% of our time here. At the time of our visit there was construction in the vicinity, but this is just a general nosara issue - there's probably no escaping it.

Dream vacation villa close to the beach

Host: Victor welcomed us with open arms and showed us around town upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. He even arranged a babysitter for us one night so we could have a date night. Here also connected us with people for tennis and surf lessons. He is wonderfully friendly and has beautiful properties. Location: perfect at 3-5min walk to beach, next door to various restaurants, 5min walk to groceries and tennis courts and bakery. House: super clean, brand new feeling, airy, comfortable, well equipped, and great indoor/outdoor flow. We all enjoyed the pool which is big enough for kids to have fun. Great A/C and dark and quiet for sleeping. Well equipped kitchen. Loved Nosara overall: we organized tennis lessons nearby, yoga at amazing Bodhi tree, rented golf cart to go explore other nearby beaches, surf lessons, and running on the beach. Great food and can’t miss sunsets.

Perfect Villa

This villa was perfect. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed. Great for adults and for sure if you are traveling with kids (we have two - 3 and 5). Very clean, stocked kitchen (with 4 ways to make coffee and no peeling teflon pans), comfortable and roomy beds, arctic AC's, also plenty of hooks in the bathroom (I am forever complaining about this). Like someone else said -- the pool was bigger than most places we stayed and had a small shallow area for kids to play. The private outdoor/pool area feels like a jungle oasis with comfortable seating and lush greenery. The hosts, Carmelina and Victor, were superb. They hooked us up with extra kid toys for the pool and beach and were always quick to respond and helpful. The location was ideal - short, direct walk to the beach and great food is very close. There is private parking on site and an outdoor, heated shower. One caveat is that the living room is close to the street -- you can hear some noise but it didn't bother us at all. All in all it was a fantastic place to stay where everyone had plenty of space and privacy and the location was walkable to pretty much everything. Will definitely be booking again.

amazing place

Amazing place. Geographically, The house is in the Playa Guiones area (nicest area of the Nosara district) and is ideally situated. It is about as close to the beach (Playa Guiones -- the beach you want to go to for hanging out, swimming, or surfing) as you can get, a couple minute walk. Location is really fantastic. Everything is in walking distance. The owners seem to have really thought a lot about the details to make your experience in the house great. The house has a beautiful modern design, it is new, it has large nice safe and washer dryer, great bathrooms, and the open great kitchen has nice quality appliances, lots of countertop devices (waffle makers, etc), and new pots / cutlery /dishes / glasses etc. There are tons of cooking supplies so if you inner chef comes out, everything is right there. There is a ‘whole foods’ type market in town with products you see back home and there are other markets a short drive away as well , so you really don’t need to bring anything. There are tons of beach towels, sand castle stuff for kids, and toys for the pool. Everything in the place is high end including the beds (super comfortable) and couches and patio furniture, tv (easy to use). When not at the beach, you will probably be spending time in the large private patio & private pool area which is an asian style garden with both nice sun and shade. There is parking for a car and ATV. The Host is very helpful and nice.
