We are a family from Toronto, living the life in Nosara. We have been blessed to be here with our children for over 3 years and have curated this ensemble of beautiful villas from the ground up, we call them BEACHSIDE VILLAS by elements developments in Guiones. We can't wait to share them with you.

BEACHSIDE VILLA 5 bedroom offers you 5 bedrooms each with its own private ensuite. All rooms are oversized and outfitted with AC, Blackout curtains and luxury mattress and hotel linens- everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Location is always Prime with Elements properties. Walk to the surf in 3 minutes and all the best restaurants and amenities.
This villa is totally private and backs onto the natural jungle - it is also home to one of the most stunning Guanacaste trees in the region, the locals call it the "heart of nosara". A beautiful Balinese stone pool graces the backyard and the large custom made dinning table is perched next to the jungle for a true experience of outdoor dining and lounge.
Open the wall to wall glass doors for true indoor /outdoor living - BEACHSIDE VILLAS features a misting system surrounding the villa that systematically protects from mosquitos , again enhancing your comfort levels.
We share this special villa which is perfect for multiple families or a single family.
