We immediately fell in love with this property for its incredible views, beautiful wooded expanses, proximity to state and national parks, and serene setting.
Wow, is all I can say. Staying at Kathy's little mountain paradise was more than anyone could ever expect. Anything a person could ever need.....it's there! I only wish we could have stayed longer. The furnishings and décor consisted on antiques and art. It was colorful, fun, and homey. No need to pack a whole lot of food, because her kitchen was fully stocked with any spice, condiment, or cooking utensils you'd ever need. She even had a wonderful herb garden, so if you want fresh herbs all you had to do was go down and snip a few plants. We will be staying there again!
We had a wonderful time and look forward to doing it again. The house was warm and inviting. The decor was bright and festive. Enjoyed the visit by the deer, turkeys and even 4 small goats. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were more than comfortable. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.
This house is cozy, comfy and fully loaded. All the amenities are there and then some. This is one of the few homes that I've been to where even the kitchen knives are sharp. Kathy is a wonderful host and even provided a bottle of wine for us to enjoy the first night. This was a perfect place to get outdoors with or sacrificing any modern comforts.
My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this property and we could not have been happier with our stay! Kathy was a wonderful communicator and thanks to her detailed and thurough instructions we were able to check in and check out on our own which was very convenient! The whole property is beautiful and the house was amazing. We could not believe how nice everything was, esspecially for such a fantastic price. Everything in the house was very clean and very well stocked. Pretty much anything you could forget to pack is provided! We were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our stay and are already planning to come back again in the future. We cannot speak highly enough about this property and Kathy as an incredible host. Thank you so much for such a great stay, we will be back!!
We stayed at Kathy's home during a winter storm and she made sure the driveway was plowed for us before we got there. The scenery around the home is beautiful with the snow covered evergreens and the multiple families of deer that would casually wander throughout the property. The home has ample space for many people. Kathy's communication was great. We would stay here again.
Kathy was a fabulous host! We were welcomed with a warm fire burning and a very nice bottle of wine. We cooked, baked, hiked and bathed. We absolutely loved the house and all its charm.
Thank you again, Kathy!
