Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment. The owners live in the property on the upper level.

The Neighborhood:
Talk to the onsite owner about parking onsite and then forget about using the car because you’re only one stop from Wellington Central Station. If you’re in the capital for fun, it’s easy to spend the day selecting the latest fashion or getting your culture fix, before a freshen up and then back to town for a night out. Politicos will also enjoy the close proximity to most government departments. There’s even a brush with nature in the beautiful Karori wildlife sanctuary, just 10 mins by car.
Getting Around:
Train station is just a 2 minute walk away. You will have access to the Johnsonville line and is the last stop heading into the city. It takes about 8 mins on the train to the Wellington Central Station.
If heading north there is a train up to Johnsonville taking about 10 mins.
Other Things to Note:
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- CHECK OUT: Check-out is at 10 am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 + GST for every half hour you remain in the property.
- NO VISITORS: This means only the exact guests booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in immediate removal from the property, and all associated costs will be charged to you. If you wish to have guests visit while you are at the property please contact us before your booking so we can provide case-by-case approval.s.
- ADDITIONAL CLEANING: If you are booking for longer than two weeks, the owner requires a clean at least every two-week period. We will send this amended cleaning charge once we receive your booking.
- QUIET HOURS: Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises between 8pm - 7am. Neighbours can call a hotline regarding excessive noise. If the property managers must attend due to excessive noise there is a $250 + GST fee.
- MISSING KEYS: If you lose a key / swipe card a replacement fee of $100 + GST will be charged.
- LOCKOUTS: If you lock yourself out of the property and a property manager has to attend to provide additional keys there will be a call out fee of $250 + GST charged.
- PETS: Approved on a case-by-case basis.
