Welcome to Putter's Paradise; a beautiful Golf Villa located at the 18th tee box! This Fabulous Villa features 3 bedrooms (K, Q, 2 Twin XL), 2 baths (5 piece primary and full 2nd bath) and all the luxuries of home! The Villa is furnished with everything you need for a relaxing tropical getaway so pack light! What we offer: Ceiling fans and TV's in the living room and all of the bedrooms. A stocked kitchen that boasts granite counter tops, a microwave, large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, electric stove, filtered water tap and includes a hot drink station with a Dual Keurig coffee maker, ground coffee, coffee pods, tea packets, sweeteners and powdered creamer. The dining area has a nice sized table with seating for 6 and is great for playing games. Oh did we mention that there is a variety of board and card games provided! The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. Of course bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and makeup towels are also provided. Sit back and relax in the screened in porch that faces the 18th tee box. It is fun to watch and wave at the golfers and they go by. This is also excellent for sipping your morning coffee and watching the sunrise. There is a gas grill if you're in the mood for grilling! In the laundry room you will find a washer/dryer, laundry pods and fabric softener sheets. This is also where you will find the beach and pool items which you are welcome to use. There are lawn chairs, coolers, beach bags, noodles, sunscreen and bug spray. There are also plenty of beach towels! While the garage is not available for guest parking, there are 2 parking spots in front of the garage and an additional parking spot off to the side. What more could you want? Well how about access to 2 swimming pools, tennis court, fitness room, clubhouse, onsite dining AND an 18 hole professional golf course (with fee) all in a quiet, relaxing gated community. Nearby attractions include the beach, great dining options, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding, wild life preserve and much more. You can even take a short drive and spend the day in Nuevo Progreso, Mexico (passports encouraged for ease of reentry into the US however you can gain entry with just your ID).
