Fully furnished condo with views of the ocean, pool and wide sandy beach. This

unit has everything you need to have a comfortable vacation with stackable

washer/dryer, deck, private beach access, and outdoor pool! The unit is in

located on the second level with two flights of stairs (NO Elevator).

The bedroom has a Queen bed, twin bunk in alcove hall, and queen sleeper sofa

in the living room.

Large flat screen TV in living room and bedroom. Complimentary Wi Fi. Seated

dining for four with bar stools off the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with

microwave as well as full size stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

Enjoy relaxing on the large deck overlooking the beach and the pool.

Complementary wireless internet access and cable. Parking for 2 cars by

parking permit is included. Pets are not permitted at this property. No

smoking in the condo unit.

Grilling is available on the grassy areas behind the complex. Short mile to

downtown Carolina Beach where you will find shopping, restaurants and the

boardwalk.Or head South just a bit and explore Kure Beach! There you will find

a fishing pier, arcade, resturants, the aquraium at Fort Fisher, Oceanfront

Park and so much more!

Beach stay

We had a great experience renting this condo- it was clean & well organized. We stayed 4 nights & the Only problem we had was the washing machine could not drain; however, that could be from the previous renters washing sandy clothes/beach towels without shaking the sand off & clogging the drain. We told the property manager & it should be fixed. We would rent this condo again.

Granddaughters Beach Trip

This condo checked all the boxes for a great beach trip for my 5 & 6 yo granddaughters. They loved the pool and the short walk to the beach was perfect for going back and forth which we did multiple times a day. The kitchen allowed us to eat in for all our meals and enjoyed the high rise table and chairs on the deck. The furnishings were a bit dated but clean. The twin bunk did squeak quit a bit. We would defiantly book this unit again

Underwhelming

Cons - Sheets were cheap and scratchy. Pillows were as flat as pancakes. Unable to get the tv remotes to work on either TV. Unit is in serious need of updating all around. Pros: Beach itself was fantastic. Pool looked very clean and well kept. Great location. We have stayed in other units at Sea Colony that were better appointed and updated.
