Newly Renovated Modern Beach Front Condo

Fully renovated in 2021, our clean and modern Beach Front Condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large beach front balcony, inter coastal water views from the master bedroom balcony, and 2 dedicated parking spots. We chose a light and bright approach to our renovation, maximizing the views and putting an emphasis on comfort. We chose top end products including our couch, chairs, tables, beds, fixtures, and linens. The master bedroom boasts a private balcony, a comfortable queen bed, a desk nook for those that need to work at home with some privacy, as well as an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be moved together for a second queen. We also have a nice quality queen air mattress and pack-n-play. Our condo comes fully stocked: fully stocked kitchen for cooking at home, games and books, towels and linens, and has everything you need to relax and unwind at the beach including chairs, toys, umbrella, etc.

Our private beach access offers an easy walk to the beach at a secluded area of CB. We are a block from the North End Coffee shop where you can find a great menu for breakfast and lunch, beer and wine, and little convenience store that has everything you may need. We are a quick walk or bike to the boardwalk area with a lot of stores, restaurants, and bars. This is easy beach living at it's best. Enjoy!

Great family beach vacation!

Amazing place to be for 4th of July! We loved being able to walk right out to the beach and it was never too crowded to find a spot. Condo was exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our family.

Great Condo!

My family had a great stay in this condo! We had everything that we could possibly need and the location is perfect.....in easy walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants. We all enjoyed hours on the large oceanfront deck. The owners were great to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Stay!

This property is wonderful! Modern design, quiet location, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed watching the sun come up every morning on the huge balcony. The condo is stocked with everything you need. The owners are very responsive and ready to help in any way to ensure your have a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Pictures and description of the condo was spot on and all the amenities were included....even beach towels. Owner was very responsive to questions that came up. A lovely place right on the beach. We will definitely come back.

Much needed Fall R&R at Carolina Beach

So we're not new at renting places in coastal Carolina. This place is as advertised. Probably the best-stocked condo that we have stayed in. Kitchen and otherwise. Loved the interior design as well as the furniture that was on the balcony was extremely welcome and comfortable...far from the usual basics. Communication was 5 stars. Highly recommended. This will be our go-to when we head back to CB. Thanks, Jason!

So very clean and well appointed. The owner was great with communication as well. Neighborhood was quiet. The only downfall for us was the renters above us had toddlers who liked to run and wrestle, but that was not the fault of the owners of course and was just a bit of bad luck on our part. No hesitation in recommending this rental!

Can't think of any reason to give less than 5 stars

Two adults and one toddler stayed here for a week. Very nicely appointed and very clean. Lots of towels, beach chairs, games, and toys, as well as everything you would need in the kitchen. Excellent location with access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again, exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the hosts for a great week at the beach!

We (Jason and Jill) are originally from the DC area but after connecting there after college, we decided to venture south. We ended up up in a small adorable beach town, Indian Rocks Beach (IRB), outside of the Tampa area where we were lucky enough to live for 8 years. When Jason's job brought us to the Wilmington, NC area, we decided to keep our beloved beach home and use as a vacation rental. We had such success with our IRB rental, that we decided to buy another beach property outside of Wilmington in fun and beautiful Carolina Beach in 2020. We regularly stay in both properties and consider ourselves extremely lucky to be able to enjoy the homes ourselves, while also sharing with others. We love to travel and have stayed in rental properties all over the US and the world, always taking away ideas on how to best utilize our properties for our guests. We hope you enjoy as much as we do!

Our property is newly and completely updated (2021) with a very clean and bright feel and easy flow. We take cleanliness very seriously and our goal is to have our renters feel comfortable and at ease. We keep the house stocked with everything you will need but with a minimalist feel so you can enjoy the most important part: the stunning ocean view. Our location on Carolina Beach is ideal- close enough to the action (under a mile to the boardwalk) yet slightly secluded being on the North end with our own private beach access.
