The adjacent dining area seats four comfortably, while the living room features cozy furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a charming patio that overlooks the tranquil courtyard.

Upstairs, both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and feature new luxury vinyl flooring. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a Smart TV, while the guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed, also with a Smart TV. A shared full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the bedrooms.

Inside the Hilton Head Cabanas complex, you'll enjoy a serene, family-friendly atmosphere. The community offers a beautifully maintained courtyard and a refreshing pool for relaxation and play.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa. Please note that pets are not permitted on the back patio or in the central courtyard area.
