Beachside Colony Resort & Vacation Rentals prides itself on being the exclusive onsite management office located at Beachside Colony. Positioned at the heart of the resort & operational every day of the week, our central location ensures that we deliver top-notch customer service throughout your stay. With over 25 years of experience, we take pleasure in welcoming guests back to Tybee, fostering memorable experiences for all who visit.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is quite simply a home away from home. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring an enormous walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and personal television, and is just steps away from the second full bathroom. The full kitchen gleams with hardwood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances and looks out through the cozy living area festooned in warm earth tones, to the private balcony on which you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail as you gaze out to the ocean!

This condo has a view from the balcony of the lawn and pool area in the center of the resort. All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.

Beachside Colony Resort occupies an entire oceanfront block. We offer unparalleled access to both the beach and pools, making it the most convenient destination on Tybee Island. Our recently constructed pools feature a spacious heated pool for year-round enjoyment, alongside an expansive family-friendly sloping entry pool. The pool area is complemented by outdoor lounge seating, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. Additionally, our onsite restaurant, The Deck Bar and Kitchen, boasts a walk-up bar, ensuring that refreshments are always within reach. Air-conditioned bathrooms and outdoor showers are located at the beach entrance, adding convenience and comfort to your visit. Whether you're soaking up the sun or taking a refreshing dip, our amenities are designed to elevate your stay to new heights of relaxation and enjoyment.

Located oceanfront, our resort enjoys a prime location in the heart of Tybee Island. Situated midway between the pier, the island's bustling center for shopping and nightlife, and the historic Tybee Light Station, one of America's seven colonial-era lighthouses still in operation, we offer unparalleled access to the island's key attractions.

With this mid-island location, guests can easily explore these iconic landmarks and soak in the rich history and vibrant culture of Tybee Island. Moreover, our mid-island location ensures convenience, with a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance, allowing guests to immerse themselves fully in the island's charm and offerings. Conveniently situated directly across the street from Beachside Colony is Tybee's Memorial Park, offering a wealth of recreational opportunities for guests to enjoy. This picturesque park is home to various amenities, including tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a captivating playground suitable for children of all ages. The Island’s YMCA is adjacent to Memorial Park and offers day passes for visiting guests. Additionally, the park features picnic and grill areas, making it an ideal setting for small to large family gatherings and social events.

If you would like to travel with your dog(s), we allow up to two dogs, with the addition of a one time $100 pet fee per dog.

We loved Tybee Island and staying her at the resort. It was very convenient to the pool and also the beach. Everything was easily accessible, including the restraunt and bar that was available pool side or on the deck, beach side. The beds were comfortable as well as the large sofa with chaise. We would definitely recommend this rental and condo and would stay here again.

Great winter get away

We had a lovely time at this property. It was a clean dog friendly condo with a great view from the balcony as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked for meals in. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. We would definitely return and recommend.

The property was plenty big for four adults. Updated and well laid out. Would definitely and/or/return. The only negative was the floors were swept, just not real clean.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location was great. The property was well stocked and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. I slept great every night. I would have liked a little better view of the ocean and beach. The manager also charged my balance a few days before they said they would with no warning. Thankfully, I had the money in there. I would stay there again.

Was disappointed that pet friendly didn't pertain to the beach. I should have checked into Tybee more. NO DOGS on the beach at any time. I did see a lot of "stray looking" cats roaming around. The grass in the area to walk dog was a little high and not all visitors cleaned up after their pets. The restaurants were very friendly and welcoming.

The condo was very clean, well-stocked with linens and towels, and the kitchen was pretty well-supplied. I only wish there had been a large stock pot to use for a crab-boil. It would have been nice to have bought fresh seafood to cook this way. Other than that, we had a wonderful time, especially being so close to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is quite spacious and well equipped. Our only complaint would be that the floor was very dirty. Our feet turned black so we learned to keep our shoes on all of the time. The toilet seats were also broken and need to be repaired. The view was very nice and the restaurant on the property was quite good. We did have a reservation for a month earlier that we had to change due to a life threatening family emergency. They were kind enough to allow us to change the reservation for later for a few. I felt that was a bit inhuman.

Loved the stained doors and trim throughout the condo. Washer and dryer came in handy. Plenty of room for the family to sleep. Only slight issue was with the cleaning ladys.When we arrived to check in (after 4:00)the room wasn't ready, and at check out time we were washing the dishes and cleaning behind our selves to make it an easy turnover , but got rushed out by the cleaners saying we would have to pay $100 late check out fee if we were not out in time which we thought was rude since they were late having our room ready ,delaying our check in upon arrival. Other then that we were very pleased.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s home. I moved to Tybee Island in 1978 and have been part of Beachside Colony since its construction in 2000. Over the years, I’ve watched this community grow while still maintaining the relaxed, family-friendly feel that makes Tybee special. Guests love this location for its direct beach access, walkability, and central mid-island setting that makes getting anywhere on Tybee easy. In addition to managing condos here, I’m also an owner at Beachside Colony, which means I care for this property the same way I care for my own. The location offers the best of the island—easy beach access, a true resort atmosphere, and a place I’m proud to share with guests.
