3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Beachfront Apartment located in the quiet beachfront complex called Arlington. The Apartment is located on the ground floor in the front building with direct access to the Beachfront via balcony/terrace.
The main bedroom has a King bed and ensuite with shower and a large corner spa bath. Second bedroom has a King bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. A rollaway bed is available for an extra person.
The second bathroom has a walk in shower.
There is a full large modern kitchen with dishwasher and for your convenience good size internal laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer.
The private spacious balcony/terrace has a outdoor setting and a Weber BBQ.
There is a one secure car park.
Free WiFi is included.

Our stay

Property was in a great location, nice and quiet. Large enough for our family group of 7.Needs a little maintenance like soap holders/shelf in bathroom, deep cleaning required, floors were dirty and stove back splash dripping with oil when checked in and areas need cobwebbing. Garden beds need trimming and pool furniture was not usable due to signs of termites.

Perfect modern apartment and holiday location

Highly recommended. Location right across from the waterfront was perfect. We loved the modern, generous sized bathrooms and well appointed rooms. Cleanliness inside was fine but unfortunately some unexpected building external cleaning had been done that left patio and windows needing cleaning. Service was great as they quickly sent cleaner to at least clean the patio.

Apartment itself was fantastic, very comfortable and well equipped. Great sitting out on the balcony listening to the waves. Pool area very tired though. Pool itself is fine but the pool area is very scruffy with broken furniture, disappointing for price. Wouldn’t stay again due to pool area.

Spacious and comfortable

Very satisfied with this stay for a family with 6 people. The rooms are so spacious and clean with thoughtful details. Location is convenient for shopping, walking and eating. Amazing view from living room and balcony, quiet street for a good sleep. We love this holiday home and will rent it again if possible in future.
