Located only a 5 min drive to the beach or 15 min walk, grocery, liquor, restaurants within walking distance. Private, fenced safe yard with garden. Home is cleaned by one of the owners who cares tremendously about your time away being the best! 55 inch Smart TV in living room w full cable and sports channels, master bedroom 55 inch streaming smart tv and other bedrooms is a 32 inch steaming smart TVs. Netflix is already set up.
Ceiling fans in every bedroom. Master has a King bed, second bedroom has a Queen w double. Plus in living room is a new sofa bed with Queen. Business licence 00004645

Great stay in Parksville.

We loved our stay in Parksville. The house was equipped with everything we needed (the kitchen was especially well stocked) and was located centrally, a short drive to many beaches and other attractions. It was lovely to relax in the beautiful backyard after a day exploring! We met one of the hosts at check-in, and she was so very kind to show us around. Would love to come back someday and highly recommend the place to others.

Lovely house

Lovely bungalow. Having a TV in each bedroom was nice, and it was relaxing to sit on the patio and have a drink and use the BBQ.A lovely quiet area of Parksville, yet close to everything you'd need.

Week stay in Parksville

This is a great spot for a family or group to stay at. Conveniently located, house and yard are lovely, and more amenities than you even think you need! The little touches by the owners make you feel at home. We planning on staying here again!

Great stay

We had a lovely time at this impeccably clean home. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. An early check in was accommodated and we were left some items for breakfast. The house was well outfitted and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Homey, comfortable - stay here if you're in the Parksville area!

I can't say enough about this property and the owners - they obviously care about the people who stay in their house. Little notes everywhere telling us exactly where to find things and what to do - so appreciated. The house itself is really comfortable, super-clean and I've never been in a VRBO that was so well-stocked! They even left us a little gift. The back yard is so peaceful and the gardens are lovely (even though we were there after most of the blooming was over). The location was great for visiting the local sites and beaches. Really - the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in - if I could give ten stars, I would.

Lovely home

A family reunion was organized in Parksville and eight of us stayed in this lovely place. Very centrally located, this home provided us all the requirements for every member to enjoy the stay, adults and young children. Thank you, Karina, for being so helpful. Absolutely Wonderful

Our family was in Parksville for our daughter’s wedding. The house is in a great location, clean, beautiful backyard, quiet residential area. The house comes with so many little extras and the property managers are wonderful and answered all messages sent to them almost immediately. We will definitely be staying there again.

Parksville retreat

Beautiful and comfortable property that had all we were looking for and more. Extremely clean with a well stocked kitchen. Excellent property managers who make sure the home is well maintained. Would stay here again, and again, and again!

Beautiful home

This home had EVERYTHING that could be would need! If you forgot something, it was likely you would find some in this house. It was a quick drive to the beach, and also not far from a wonderful viewpoint for sunrises.

Family Holiday

Comfortable, well functioning, and well equipped family home in safe and enjoyable neighbourhood . Backyard and back patio pick up afternoon sun and are very pleasant along with the attractive gardens. Bbq and several helpful appliances for family style eating in meals. Many family activities to take advantage of for short partial day trips to Coombs, Qualicum, and the lovely Parksville waterfront. Close to grocery store.

Great place

The house was as advertised with great beds, a fully stocked kitchen and comfprtable living space. the owner was extremely communicative and helpful. We were there during the 'freeze' and there were extra blankets out (which we didn't need as the house was warm) and they took the time to salt the driveway for us Would absolutely stay there again. Well deserving of a 5 star rating.

Terrific Home away from Home

We (two adults, one dog) had a fabulous stay at this property. It’s very comfortable, clean and welcoming with everything you need and a few extra touches that show the hosts really care about your stay. The yard is lovely - very secure and private with lots of room for our dog. There are no stairs anywhere which was a bonus for our dog who is older and arthritic. The yard also has a covered area with seating which is perfect for those days that are rainy but still warm enough to sit outside. Communication was great, Karina was very responsive and super friendly. The property is now one of our go-tos when visiting the area.

I concur with the other positive reviews. Home was clean and well stocked with many helpful items . Very nice backyard landscaping, and private . Nice exercise room . Very dog friendly. House faces small wooded park. Excellent host communication. When in area again we will try to book this home.

Parksville Paradise

The host made our life extremely easy and worry free, prior to and during our stay. The house was ideally located, off the main highway for a quiet/secluded oasis, yet close to all attraxtions, parks, etc. The house setup was great as the bedrooms were remote from the kitchen/living room so people could sleep uninterrupted while others were making food, playing games or watching TV. The only negative was the size of the 3rd bedroom which is quite small for an adult couple.

We stayed a week and were impressed with the house and yard. Everything was pleasantly thought of by the Host! Nice neighbourhood, markets close by, as is the vacation town of Parksville. Recommended by us as experienced VRBO travellers.

Parksville

It was an absolute delight to be welcomed into Karina and Ralna’s Parksville home. From booking to check-out our experience was seamless. We had everything that we needed for our stay and more, and the welcoming note and bowl of filtered water for our pup was very happily downed after a long car ride. (The chilled Sauvignon Blanc was also gratefully received😁). The home is impeccable, beds are comfortable and the kitchen well appointed for making gourmet dinners. The beautiful garden with blooming heather and rhodos was an unexpected treat for our morning tea and is fenced in to give us peace of mind for the pup. After years of staying in overpriced hotels in the area, we have decided this is our new home away from home. Thank you Karina and Ralna. Can’t wait to return!

Hi everyone! Karina is from Vancouver, BC and Ralna is from Ottawa, Ontario. We own the house as uniquely a VRBO vacation home. We love hosting as we love making people happy and helping them have a memorable, relaxing and enjoyable stay. Ralna plans to retire in Parksville whereas Karina plans to stay in Vancouver.

We love Parksville. Everything is within 15 mins in Parksville no matter where in the city you are. Beaches, shopping all within walking distance. Groceries, banking, and gyms are also very close by.

We are a bungalow and we have a unique and beautiful backyard that we love. We just wish the weeds would forever stop growing! The backyard is very private, fully fenced and quiet. We have great neighbours too. They are older, quiet people.
