Condo was perfect. Small but perfect for the 3 of us, was clean and provided everything we needed. The host, Vicki, was great. Very friendly and quick to respond. We loved it! Will definitely stay here again!

This trip included me, my husband, our daughter and her friend. We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The condo had everything we needed and contact with Mrs Vickie was wonderful. There was a broken step up to the condo....not on her but we didnt know who to contact and knew she would. We let her know Sat after checkin and it was fixed Monday! We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!! Thank you Mrs Vickie!

Perfect Place for Us

Second year that we have stayed in this condo. Another excellent stay. Perfect for our family. The condo was nice and clean. The condo has everything you need. Kitchen is fully equipped. Check-in is a breeze. All the information needed for the week is provided well in advance. Great communication with the owner. Great overall location close to the pool and beach. We are looking forward to hopefully staying here again next year.

Our happy place

We love the condo. My husband and I come year after year to stay here. It's the perfect size. The gulf and the sound are an easy walk. The host is very accomodating. I am booking again for the 5 th time!

Beach fix

The condo is small but big enough for a couple. Needs some updated furniture and appliances and a deep cleaning. But the location was close enough to the beach. Price was a plus.

Great Place to Stay

Cons: The condo is small, but doable. The living room furniture isn't very comfortable and the king bed mattress has little support. Pros: Host's communication was good. We loved the location of the condo. The bottom floor and across the street from a beach access. The size of the small kitchen was good! We had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the two porch chairs. Also this is fairly affordable property. We really enjoyed our time here. Overall we really liked this condo.

Home away from home

Vickie is a wonderful owner and was extremely responsive during the process. The property is exactly as described and did not disappoint at all. One block walk to the beautiful beaches of Navarre and a community swim pool. The Condo suited our needs quite well with a full service kitchen, two full bathrooms, and adequate sleeping arrangements for my wife and I, and three teenage girls. No complaints here and we will definitely be booking with Vickie in the future. Thank you very much for a home away from home!

Economically friendly

We took a girls trip. There was plenty of space for us, It is a little outdated. Could use different furniture since there is only really space for 3 people to sit. The refrigerator needs to be fixed. The holders on the door are held together by tape. It has wifi but it doesn’t work in the bedroom. Close to the beach and walkable to the local bar/restaurant.

Family Stay

Upon arriving the condo was dirty and there were hairs on all of the sheets/pillowcases. Kitchen needs a major deep clean. Decor and furnishings were nice and the complex very close to the beach and pool. They did have some beach supplies if someone didn’t want to purchase them. Check in instructions were not sent until I asked for the pool code, I tried calling multiple times and it went straight to voicemail.

Cozy One Bedroom on First Floor, convenient to everything

Positives: Good Internet connection. Lock box code and extra key provided. Consistent hot water for showers. All appliances, TVs, light fixtures worked. Plenty of bed covers and linens. Nice, reclining chairs on the balcony. Futon bed laid down nicely for solid bed. Convenient walk across the street to the boardwalk that led to the beach. First floor unit saved a lot of steps. Plenty of parking in the lot. Negatives: AC locked lower limit at 70. Had to run all fans at night to keep cool. No access to lagoon area unless you trespass across property that has signs reading, "[Property]" Guests Only!". TV in bedroom was a tiny 19". Could hear the people upstairs walking around everywhere they went. No curtains on the windows meant that the landing light shined through all night long.

We had everything that we needed. Short walk to the beach and close to beach restaurants and the Gulf Island Nat'l Seashore, which we love! Great for the price! Would not hesitate to stay again!

My daughter and I had an excellent stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was convenient and directly across the street from beach access. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Vrbo experience.

Everthing we hoped for

The property was perfect! A short trip to the beach, clean and quiet! We enjoyed how close it was to the food trucks across the causeway, especially Beach Babe Beignets and Lilo's Hawaiian Shaved Ice (highly recommend both!). The property was big enough for my wife and i, and there was plenty of room to add more people! Vickie is a great host, and we would stay at this property again!

Perfect location

Location was perfect close to the beach! It felt like home. I was happy that we literally had all the essentials. Bed was comfortable, and the owner responded so quickly! I didn’t ask her for the pool code, so if you go you will need that if you desire to swim.

Great for the price & found the beach chairs on check-out day

We stayed October 23-26, 2024. The location is easy access to the beach and fairly close to all of the “activities” in Navarre Beach. There were a few minor maintenance issues with the property but nothing that interrupted our stay. In fact, they are items I could fix and considered asking the owner for staying privileges if I did a little work. Lol. The one thing we wish we would have known was there were some beach chairs under the bunk beds. We found those as we were checking out. Additionally, I didn’t find any beach towels, so you may consider bring your own. We would stay again!

Great condo for a couple or small group.

Perfect place for us

This condo had everything we needed and wanted. Nice and clean with plenty of room. Great location within a few minutes walk to the beach. Nice pool and grill area. For us, the condo was perfect. Already looking to book for next year.

We chose to purchase this condo when we first visited Navarre Beach in 2004 and fell in love with the Gulf Islands National Park and the gorgeous sugar white sand and blue water.

The unique benefits of our condo is that you have very easy access to the beach at an unbelievable price. The beach access is right in front of our complex. Also Navarre Beach is a non-crowded and relaxing atmosphere, The longest fishing pier in the Gulf is now only steps away from our condo.
