Just minutes to the beach ! It’s like you have a little piece of paradise, sleeps four comfortably. Large screen TV in living room and bedroom. 10x20 screened in porch with plenty of comfortable patio furniture very fiesta at night with all the hanging lights. Large sparkling clean private swimming pool.. Weber charcoal grill available off of the large deck. Located in a quiet area with front door parking Close to the beach, zoo and restaurants. This place is clean as a whistle!

We loved our stay, it’s a clean, comfortable and has everything you need, the pool is amazing! Stephen is wonderful and you have to read his book of poems he wrote. Highly recommend this lovely cottage :)

Perfect

This tiny home was perfect for my family (2 adults, one 6 year old and almost 2 year old). Beautiful, big pool right outside. Located in a very nice neighborhood. I could not found a more perfect place for the price for my family.

Loved it so much we booked it twice this summer

My family found this property for our trip to the beach in June. We loved it so much that we booked it again in July. We have stayed in condos in the past and we didn't like hearing neighbors at all hours of the day and night. So we found this stand alone tiny house for our beach vacation this year. We loved the pool and used it a lot during both visits. The screen porch was great for morning coffee while the rest of the family slept in. I learned not to pack as many clothes for the second visit because space is limited and the washer and dryer could be used daily. We pre-cooked most of our meals so that all we had to do was warm it up in the microwave. It is in the back of a neighborhood just off Hwy 98 so there is a 10-15 minute drive to the beach. There is a Walmart close by and many restaurants and shopping in both directions. We love it and will probably book again for next summer.

Great small house, we loved the pool and it was such a nice, quiet neighborhood. Our hosts were amazing as well, making sure we had everything we needed and dropping off extra bath towels and beach towels. Highly recommend.

The Tiny Barn

The Barn was very nice had everything we needed. The pool was very refreshing, property owners where very nice an accommodating. It was very quiet an restful. We really enjoyed our stay . It's a little bit of a drive from the beach but we didn't mind we was able to beach hop to different beaches as far as Panama. Book a trip here you will have no regrets.

No Privacy/Felt unsafe

After driving 9Âœ hours to get there, we were truly hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. Despite giving the host several hours’ notice of our arrival time, they entered the home after we had checked in, claiming they needed to “check a few things.” This felt intrusive, especially since the house sits directly behind theirs, with a clear view of everything, offering little to no privacy.We also made an honest mistake when booking and reached out in hopes of a solution, but the host was completely unwilling to accommodate or work with us. To make matters worse, they wouldn’t allow our family to come over, not even to sit by the pool or simply socialize, which made the stay feel rigid and unwelcoming.Instead of feeling like guests, we felt like we were being monitored. After such a long drive and high hopes, this was a disappointing experience. We would not return and cannot recommend this property to anyone looking for a friendly or flexible environment.

Perfect Getaway

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay so much! It was the perfect spot for us to unwind and enjoy the screened-in porch and pool. Convenient to good restaurants and a short drive to the beach and shopping. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and our hosts were very gracious. We’ll be back again for sure!
