'The Savoy' is a centrally located home close to town, beaches and Private Hospital. There is a pool and an entertainment area with a pizza oven and BBQ. Every thing your family will need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay has been carefully considered, including a fully equipped kitchen. Your pets are also welcome. The home is a comfortable walk to town or less than 5 min drive. Beaches are a 20min walk or 5min drive. There is also a bus stop next door. More photos to come. The space The home is an older style home but very quaint and comfortable. I bought my children up in this home so it special to me and I hope the furnishings etc. reflect that. Getting the home ready for guests has been a very rewarding and satisfying experience. There are 3.5 bedrooms, one very large with TV and sitting area that can be turned into another bed. There is another room off this main room that has a queen single bed or can be used as a relaxation area. The property has one bathroom with seperate toilet. The pool is a good size backyard pool and ready for hours of enjoyment. All linen is provided and the kitchen is fully equipped. Guest access The house is free standing so you have access to all. There is side access to a parking area at the front of the home and plenty of street parking.

House is spacious with pet friendly aspect. Large living areas and multiple sleeping options. Polished floors suit dog stays. Off street parking is positive.
This lovely home has everything a holidaying family needs - a pool, bbq and pizza oven, PS5, large kitchen and comfy beds! Location is great - close to everything. Owner was quick to respond to queries and very kind. I highly recommend The Savoy for a family stay in Port Macquarie.
It was a great location and has everything you need. The home is older in style but very clean and comfortable with good kitchen and bathroom and great recliner chairs in the l shaped lounge! Very useful deck
Nightmare at savoy.......the place is superficial clean.....dig a little deeper and its very dirty, mouldy. When it rains alot water comes through into the front of the house and best of all.... on the last couple days we start having bites on us which we eventually realised were bed bugs..... absolutely disgusting......which to our horror we brought back to our house......needing to move out again to allow pest control to spray and the owner keep denying there was a problem and refused to help us.....a week latter we still washing everything in our house.......horrendous experience

I’m very sorry to read that this guest felt distressed after their stay. Health and cleanliness concerns are taken extremely seriously, and I want to clarify how this was handled.
No issues were raised during the week-long stay. I was first contacted after departure, at which point I responded promptly and undertook appropriate precautionary measures and additional cleaning checks. At the time, no evidence was found in the room described.
The home is professionally cleaned between every stay, and any concerns raised are always investigated. I encourage guests to contact me during their stay so issues can be addressed as soon as possible.
Many guests before and after this stay have had very positive experiences, and I remain committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-cared-for home.
Fantastic property with awesome facilities. Super clean. Our dogs absolutely loved the backyard. Kitchen and laundry well equipped. The owner was very responsive at all times. We will definitely be back in the warmer season to swim in the pool. Close by to Flynn’s beach, supermarkets and cafes. Loved our stay at the Savoy.

I am a Port Macquarie local. I bought up my two beautiful children in this home so it is very special to me. I am a nurse and worked and lived in the area for 40yrs and I love it. I like to holiday in holiday rental properties so I have learnt what is important to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, so I hope I have done this for guest who chose to stay at the Savoy.

Port Macquarie is is a wonderful holiday destination and this property enables everything it has to offer within walking distance. You can walk to town or the beach or you can walk out the front door and catch a bus. The pool, games, and the PS5 will give hours of entertainment on those days you wish to stay at home.
