Kimberley House offers exclusive use of the three apartments that comprise this address - Giving you the versatility of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 living areas, 3 kitchen & dining areas as well as each apartment's respective balconies, the outdoor areas & off-street parking.
Super high-speed WiFi is provided throughout.
It's a short walk from here to Nelson’s spectacular waterfront with a number of great dining options: The Boatshed, Harbour Light Bistro, Nahm Thai & Styx as well as local weekend-venue, the Boathouse. You can also go casual & enjoy great fish'n'chips from the wrapper at Haven Fish'n'Chips or go gourmet at home with fresh seafood from Guyton's.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- Covered off-street parking is available for 1~2 vehicles (max. one large and one small vehicle can be parked here). On-street parking is available on the corner just above the carport. Off-street carpark is also available.
- Bicycle parking / equipment storage - We're happy to make the garage available to guests with bicycles, kayaks etc. This is located on the lower level of the building.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
