BeachViews - Architectural with Incredible views over the Beach & Tasman Bay!

Stunning by day and enchanting by night, BeachViews has a wonderful feel - sea breeze, sunshine, peaceful and beautiful. Situated in the prestigious 'Cliffs' residential area, this home offers the very best of the great Nelson lifestyle.

The home is split level with entry, living, dining, kitchen, large outdoor entertaining balcony and generous garage and driveway at the central level. Downstairs are two air-conditioned King bedrooms and two newly bathrooms and upstairs is a third loft style bedroom on the mezzanine above the living.

The master bedroom offers incredible views, walk-in robe and tiled ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom 2 comes with the option of being split into King Singles (please make this request clear during booking). The main bathroom is adjacent Bedroom 2 with shower, toilet and vanity. There is a separate powder room upstairs. Bedroom 3 is a mezzanine/loft bedroom and offers a Queen Bed + Single Sofa Bed by special request. This area is accessed via a steep nautical style stairway with double balustrade.

The living-dining-kitchen areas are large, extensively glazed and offer the best views in the house! The design is open plan and wraps around the large outdoor dining and entertaining balcony. The kitchen offers beautiful timber tops and is fully equipped for your needs. An entertainment nook in the living area offers large screen HDTV, Freeview and Smart TV with Netflix, integrated sound system, board games and air-conditioning/heat pump. Easy access off-street parking/double garage.

BeachViews is within walking distance of Nelson's award winning waterfront eateries, Tahunanui Beach (Nelson's main swimming beach) and the Nelson City Centre (2.5km and less than a 5min drive away).

**Special conditions & notes**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

- The mezzanine loft area is accessed via steep nautical style stair-way with double balustrade. Access may not suit every guest. This area is also partially open to the living areas below.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

Great stay in Nelson

This amazing home in Nelson combined incredible views with comfort and convenience. The home is a short drive from the city center with restaurants, bars, retail, and an amazing Saturday market, and Tahunanui beach and terrific restaurants on Tasman Bay. We had a wonderful stay.

Still lovely in a storm

We stayed in Nelson as an epic storm hit, without outdoor options limited that house was great to cozy up in. The heating keeps it warm, the kitchens well set up, there's good instructions for using things, and the windows make for an awesome changing view. Thank you, we'll be back when the sunshines out.

Amazing

Spending a week here was perfect. A great location with a stunning view. The home is just lovely, but needs a tiny bit of work. The deck tiles are loose and the toilets need a bit of help as they’re not working well. Other than those small things, it was a fantastic place to chill out after spending weeks on the move enjoying the South Island. I would definitely return here.

Return stay - just as amazing as the first

Our second week long stay at the property was just as wonderful as the first. The views are incredible at any time of day, from sunrise to sunset. A stunning base for our time visiting family in Nelson. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful views of Nelson

Comfortable property with beautiful views. The stairs up to the mezzanine are very steep. Overall though, a great place to stay in Nelson.

Beach Views

The views from the property were amazing. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 1 loft bedroom up a very steep set of stairs in an open area above the kitchen and living area. We found the steps hazardous for kids and adults alike. The two downstairs bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms lovely (though no shampoo!).

The views from the house across the bay were amazing. The house was lovely, It had everything you could have wanted. No need to leave once you stepped inside. Would recommend a visit.

Enjoyable long weekend stay overlooking the beach

We stayed for 4 nights in spring - a bit chilly at night but lovely during the day. The house was well appointed with stunning views over the beach and bay, with snow on the hills in the distance. Our son took the upstairs “loft” bed and office desk, we were downstairs. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay, we’d come here again.

Stunning views

We visited with our adult children and their partners. We all had plenty of room for couple privacy as well as lovely kitchen and communal areas to enjoy being together. Will stay again and highly recommend.

Lovely property!

The description of the property online doesn’t do it justice. The house is great and may just have the best view anywhere in the world! We had a great stay and the house had everything we needed. We spent lots of time looking at the changing views across the bay- beautiful! We had a minor plumbing issue and the owners responded within half an hour- you couldn’t ask for more. The house is up quite a steep hill so the walk back from Nelson was a bit of a challenge- but the views more than made up for it.

Fantastic house

We loved staying here. The views are stunning and the house lovely and comfortable. A great location to explore the area from. We couldn't find any beach towels, which would come in handy. But overall it was fantastic and we would definitely come again.

Fabulous views, great stay

Property pretty accurate to photos and description, communication great throughout, outstanding views just wish the weather had permitted us to enjoy the outdoor area which is a good enough reason to return! Only negative was the step stairs to the mezzanine view which restricted options of who could sleep up there. Overall highly recommend.
