* Located on the clear turquoise waters, overlooking the unspoiled beaches of Moriah Harbour Cay National Park.
* Offshore from our home is one of the best area for bonefishing.
* This house is perfect for families or traveling couples.
* It is surrounded by lush tropical colorful gardens and palm trees.
* Single and double kayaks. Paddle boards.

* The interior spaces is located on two levels : the master bedroom, the living room and dining room are upstairs. Two more bedrooms with a great room downstairs includes a 51 inch television monitor, pool table and is perfect for family gatherings after dinner.

* Each rooms with an oceanview.

* You'll spend most of your time outdoor enjoying the stunning vistas from the upper and lower decks, or in the 16' x 22 infinity pool with small beach overlooking the ocean.
* The upper porch features a comfortable seating area from which to watch the ever-changing pristine waters or the bonefish fishermen. A large outdoor dining table inviting for all if you want to maximize your sunning or just cool off in the shade and still enjoy the views.
* The villa’s cabana is just steps from the pool and offer a BBQ area.

* Lounging in the sun while enjoying the trade winds, having a light afternoon lunch, or enjoying a catered meal by one of Great Exuma’s chefs.

House with Everything You Need and a Beautiful View

We loved our stay at Thevine House. We loved how we had a place to dock a boat, a place to swim and kayak/paddleboard, and a place to relax. Any questions we had were quickly addressed. We would stay there again. Beautiful property.

Perfect Vacation!

Thevine House is AMAZING... the home was well furnished inside and out, the location is gorgeous, and the gardens/outdoor spaces at Thevine House are beautiful! The only thing we wanted for during our stay was to stay longer.

Thevine house is amazing. Stocked with everything you need, coolers, reusable shopping bags, life jackets, snorkel gear, cookware, utensils, starfruit trees, coconut trees, laundry and dish detergent, kayaks, among many other things. We left some beach balls and floats for future guests to enjoy. Hosts and house caretaker are and were very responsive. Five stars without a doubt.

Best views in Exuma. Property is amazing and the owners even brought us fresh starfruit from the grounds.

This house was perfect for our family of 4. We have been to exuma 8 times and this was our favorite house. The view is by far the best view in exuma we’ve ever seen. We loved that it had a dock so we could rent a boat for a few days and have it to go exploring other islands and sand bars. The house is very clean. It had everything we needed. We saw a couple turtles, sting rays, dolphins, and even a nurse shark. The location was great. Only 15 minutes to day and 5-15 minutes away from other popular beaches and restaurants. We highly recommend this house and we cannot wait to come back.

Great stay!

We had a great time and loved our stay at Thevine House. The host was communicative, and the house was spotless when we arrived. All of our questions were answered promptly by Desreen, and she came immediately to help when the water wasn’t working at one point. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Paradise in the Bahamas

Best location of all!

We’ve been to Great Exuma many times, but this was our first staying in Hartswell. The proximity to Moriah Harbour, accessible by kayaks and SUPs, makes it the ideal spot. Highly recommend renting a boat while at Thevine House as it allows for easy access to the best beaches in Moriah, Man O War, and Stocking Island. The house was fantastic in every way and we will definitely be returning!

Beautiful Property

We love this property, Beds are comfortable, House is stocked, staff is very attentive, and we truly enjoy our stay every year. We make it a point to book this property every year because it is the perfect vacation every time. We just left and we are ready to book next year's trip!

Heaven on earth

This was our third stay at Thevine House. My only complaint is that I wished we stayed longer! The location and the property are perfect. We love having the dock and the pool. Close enough to the things we love to do and far enough from downtown to feel like you are secluded. Can’t wait to go back!
