The ocean view from this unit was beautiful! Pool was heated and we spent most of our time on the beach and in the pool. Great location, great amenities, and everything went smoothly. Thank you!

Great Location

Had a great time. We spent most of the time on the beach. Like other reviews the front bedrooms sound like the widows are open all the time but older kids didn’t complain to much. Other than that as described and Nick the evening maintenance man was nice and helpful with things to do.

Great vacation rental with a few minor issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and room were great. We had a great time at the Reef Club. There were a few minor issues that really need to be addressed both for safety and comfort. Ever sliding door and window in the unit was missing the lock, or the hasp on the wall side to secure the lock. Not a security issue with the balcony since its the 5th floor, but a safety issue if you have small kids with you!! The missing lock on the window in the breezeway at the front was a mixed blessing. There WAS a cut down dowel in the track to prevent someone from opening the window, but we were able to reach in and remove it to break in when the electronic lock batteries died and we were locked out at 10pm. Also the ceiling fan in the master was broken and obviously had been for a while since there was a floor fan provided.

Fantastic location and view!

Highly recommend staying here. The check-in/check-out process are very easy. I received the instructions days ahead of time, which alleviated concerns, as we had a very late arrival time. The condo has everything you need and is very spacious. We appreciated the beach chairs and other water toys being available since we traveled by plane and could not bring our own. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. A few other reviews mention needing updated. Our opinion was that’s it’s a beach house that gets used a lot, we did not expect anything fancy, and needing a few updates did not take away from our experience. We would absolutely stay at this same location again.

Location was good, condo carpets gross/stained/unclean/mildewed shower stall in MBR.Not cleaning peops fault, owners fault. Beds comfortable, loud at night especially when peops don’t follow rules that hot tub closes at 10:00. 2 guys shouting over sound of hot tub until 2:00 am, definitely cannot leave sliders open to heat ocean at night with noise. Unit is directly across from elevators which run all night , LOUD

Great family home.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend with three adult children, daughter in law and 8 month old grandson. Perfect place, bedrooms spread out, clean, comfortable, and owner goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable and easy! Beds comfortable and quiet place at night. Beach equipment, pickleball equipment, pack and play, all available. Awesome stay!

Perfect Get Away

Great place to stay

The condo was very clean and well kept! We loved the ocean view from the master bedroom and living room. We will be returning sometime in the future. With 3 bedrooms will be great for our entire family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from a 21-day stay at the Reef Club and give it a 10 on a 1-10 scale.1. Tech Travel was amazing to work with. They called after we checked in to see if we had questions or concerns. They handled our one concern instantantly!2. Reef Club is the best condo experience we have had in the Indian Rock/Indian Shores area. We have stayed in this condo area for the last ten years and this complex is BY FAR the best. No crazy teenagers on spring break, well cared for, had tennis courts, a garden area, heated pool and hot tub, and easy to maneuver to from the beach. Lights went out in the courtyard at 10:00! 3. Although the condo needs updating, that issue is easy to ignore. This penthouse suit has an amazing view and parking spot.

Love the Reef Club and Travel Tech

The Reef club property is wonderful. Lovely pool, hot tub, grounds and staff. Issues with the condo itself were quickly remedied by Travel Tech. It does need a new king size mattress and pad as it was in terrible condition. The other beds were great. It also needs to have the carpets removed from the 2 bedrooms. Travel Tech did send in a company to clean them. Overall, a very comfortable condo. Could use a little updating but worked well.

Great break in Indian Rocks Beach

Can't say enough of this easy, breezy beach community! The condo location and amenities are fantastic..... And walking distance to local restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again.

The reef

Beautiful place . We had cockroaches in condo . Manager sent bug people over and offered a different room . Beautiful area to visit .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place has a great view. We have stayed at this property two other times and love it. With a few updates the unit itself could be much better. I think there may have been cats there, it smelled like cats and then I found cat litter in the closet. I think getting rid of the carpet would get rid of that smell and you may want to warn people if they did have cats. No one in our party is allergic to cats but I know a lot of people are. Also, I think getting new pillows and bedding might be a good idea. It was fine but you could tell the pillows were old. There were a lot of extra ones too but no pillow cases and they were old. Tech Travel LLC was super easy to deal with and got back to me super quick on a few questions I had. I would definitely stay in this complex and rent from Tech Travel again but would probably look for a different unit unless this one makes a few changes.
