Condo 1,275 pieds carrés, 3 chambres, 2 bains, (6 personnes)

3 chambres, 2 salles de bain plus récent Condominium, direct Gulf-front dans un bùtiment privé de 9 unités bien entretenu. Il y a tout pour vos vacances. Notre plage semi-privée est à quelques pas pour se détendre au soleil, ramasser des coquillages, construire des chùteaux de sable, faire de la plongée en apnée, ou simplement flotter la journée dans le golfe du Mexique.

Notre piscine et notre spa sont bien entretenus. Aussi, situé à la zone de la piscine est un barbecue de grande taille avec des ustensiles de barbecue et (2) des tables pour manger pour 6 personnes. Parfait pour le dßner à la piscine.

(3) Les chambres de taille normale (King, Queen et 2 lits jumeaux) comprennent des placards de rangement, des commodes, des ventilateurs, des télévisions avec télécommande (dans les trois chambres) et des tables de nuit avec lampes. La chambre principale a salle de bain principale privée - comptoirs en granit et baignoire / douche combo. Salle de bain invité est en taille réelle avec des comptoirs en granit et une combinaison baignoire / douche. Le ménage est primordial pour nous, donc vous trouverez toutes les chambres propres et bien entretenues.

Belle cuisine pleine grandeur avec vue sur le Golfe fonctionne parfaitement pour tous vos besoins de cuisson. Des comptoirs en granit tout neufs et bien garnis avec presque tout; CafetiÚre, micro-ondes, grille-pain et électroménagers BRAND NEW en acier inoxydable. La salle à manger donne sur le golfe ainsi que le salon, de sorte que vous n'aurez pas à perdre une minute de la vue incroyable. La table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et il y a des siÚges supplémentaires pour le bar à petit-déjeuner pour 3 personnes.

The host was so communicative and helpful, from the time we booked to the day we checked out. The condo is perfectly situated on Indian Rocks beach - easy walk, gorgeous views. The pool and hot tub always thoroughly cleaned each morning. We loved this place!!!

Pros of this condo: Location and Gulf Front! Sunsets are amazing and the view of it he Gulf at all times is wonderful! Owner is very responsive and answers almost immediately. The unit was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Location was in walking distance to several restaurants. Two covered parking spaces was also very nice.Cons: The furniture in the living room is not comfortable. The two side chairs need to be replaced. Wasn’t a huge deal for us and there were some folding “bag” chairs that we used instead. We also pulled those out to the balcony as seating there was not comfortable.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival the door code did not work, then we get in the unit and there is a water leak from upstairs and a huge bug, which we ended up with a few of those giant roaches and some other bug in the bed.We also had a broken sliding door that would not shut all the way because it was off the track, we fixed it. Then the broken worn out chairs outside that they charged us for because they claim they were in fine condition....we were only there 4 acutal days and you couldn't do that damage in 4 days even if you jumped on them. They wanted to come in and repair the drywall while we were staying there and I refused because we were not comfortable with strangers coming in while we were there or while we were gone. We were leaving Tues. morning so having it fixed on Monday did not make sense. We dealt with it all weekend already. I had to clean up the puddle of water, put something uder the ceiling for the leak and sweep up all the fallen drywall. Not a great start to a vacation.I loved the location and would maybe stay in a different unit, but dealing with these owners was too much.

Amazing views!

Cozy condo with a lot of space for all my family to be comfortable. The owner was so warm and she communicated with me about anything If I needed information about where to go she didn't hesitate to reply promptly. I love the time we spend as we rebooked right away for next year. Thank you, Luz, for being an amazing host

Great Beachfront Condo for the Family

The condo was perfect for a family vacation with 4 adults and 2 teens. Awesome sunset views of the Gulf. Nice beach and calm waters to play in. The beach wasn’t crowded. Location to restaurants was great, could walk to a few. Loved staying here. This a great place, when looking for a relaxing beach week. Would definitely come back to this property. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Living room had plenty of space to sit and share memories. Communications were one of the best parts from the booking to while at the condo, Liz was available and responded quickly via text, phone call or messages.Felt like if something was needed she would have taken immediate care of us.

Black Mold, Stagnant Pool, Bugs

1. Black mold in the air vents.2. Pool that had been broken/stagnant for months.3. Bugs swarming out of the wall (20 flying bugs that I suspect were termites until I found something to cover the hole).My photos speak for themselves and represent this condo better than the ones in the listing. My family checked out early because of these issues (6/11/24) and were issued a full refund from VRBO due to this property being a serious health hazard. I do not know if VRBO will make the owner fix these issues before letting other people stay there. I would never rent from this owner (deflected/denied accountability for the problems) or stay at any property in this building again.

IRB 2025

We always enjoy our time in Indian Rocks Beach. The location of Sunset Paradise is really nice for the restaurants and places we like to visit. Luz (property owner) was very responsive to issues/concerns we had about the condo.

Great location on beautiful beach

The condo is in a great location on a beautiful beach, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. It was spacious enough for our family of 5 to spread out in for 9 days, and we enjoyed the view from the balcony.The pool area was great, too, with plenty of chaise lounges available for guests. While part of the pool fence was missing due to recent hurricanes, the property was otherwise in pretty good condition. Unfortunately, the pool heater and hot tub jets were out of order during our stay, so we didn’t really get to use either one, which was disappointing.The biggest issue for us was the constant noise from the unit above us. It sounded like a large family with children was staying there, and we could hear them walking/running around almost constantly from early morning to late at night. At times, it also sounded like they were moving furniture, as well as dropping heavy things on the floor, which made it difficult to relax.The condo itself was very clean, but some of the furnishings were quite well-worn; the toilet flapper in the master bathroom needs to be replaced; and there was only one remote control to share between the ceiling fans in the living room and the master bedroom. I would also suggest updating the information on VRBO, as we had to search around the unit to find the correct WiFi details.That said, the condo was very comfortable, the beach location was great, and there are lots of yummy restaurants in the area (we loved Guppy’s).

Excellent location

We love this area, the property is on the water, heated pool, and walking distance to restaurants. Sunsets each night is beautiful! The apt was clean and nice interior decor. Host communicated very well. Would stay again!

This condo is beautiful and in a great location. Owner very responsive to calls and texts. We had a confusing time checking in as it appears instructions were not updated but a call to the owner resolved that. We checked in on a Monday and had a mandatory evacuation Wednesday morning. Very disappointed that there was no compensation for our missed two days from the owner or VRBO.

Great place.

Great condo, very clean, recently remodeled. Great location. Host is very attentive, coffee maker broke and we had a new one by Amazon in 2 hours. And probably one of the biggest pools and decks we’ve seen in a med sized condo. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Family vacation

The unit was nice and clean, beach items in closet were nice to have available. Besides issue of slow flushing toilets, which the immediately had a plumber come out, very thankful! The kitchen was not used much, as we ate out every night. If I were to cook more I think I would have liked more things in the kitchen. Overall the beach access and pool were nice, the hot tub was relaxing for other family members.
