The most perfect location

We just returned from our stay at Sunset on Kirra. The unit was well appointed and the location was perfect, directly across the road from the surf beach. The unit block was well maintained and the pool was very clean and warm and the residents were friendly. An easy walk to restaurants, the convenience store and the Kirra Bakery. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Overpriced….

Nice location but online pictures misrepresented size/quality of unit. Wifi didn’t work, no water on arrival, shower drain clogged with hair, shower sounded like bagpipes (?!), electrical socket in main bedroom threw sparks.

Hi Elizabeth, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. The photos clearly show the size of the property. Although the kitchen/ living area is compact, the apartment is comfortable and beautifully presented. We were not advised of the council water outage which was out of our control. As soon as we were advised of the other plumbing issues, we arranged our plumber to attend afterhours and remedy for you. We were also not aware of any problems with the Wi-Fi or electrical socket, however these will now been investigated accordingly. Admire the great view from this very compact unit on 2 levels, reached up 5 flights of stairs including the car park. Wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Great weekend away!

Clean, well equipped little apartment with amazing balconies to enjoy the view. Close to everything yet in a quiet area. Would stay here again :)
