A private and fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment for art and beach lovers alike, just a mere 500m to the Alex beach. You will be surrounded by abstract art in this new space with plenty of entertainment within - Netflix, wifi, board games, books and lawn games such as croquet. Explore the local area’s of Cotton tree, Ocean st and the sunshine plaza all within a kilometre’s reach. We are available when needed as we live just above the apartment.

Great place to stay

Nice place to stay! You stay on the ground floor and have everything you need. Nice and close to beach and amenities. Owners were very helpful with all of my questions

A beautiful hidden gem

Our stay at this property was lovely. It has everything you need if you were staying for one night, or weeks. It is well located and a short drive to the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay at the Sunshine Coast.

Lovely and private

Lovely and private two bedroom apartment, nice and handy to the beach and shops, beautifully presented and well maintained, we would definitely return, was a little noisy from upstairs on the odd occasion but overall we loved our stay!

Fantastic!

A fabulous place to stay that had all we needed for our 1 night stay. Jill has provided a really lovely place to stay with a shower that I am truly envious of, just the thing after travelling. Beautiful touches and decor. Id highly recommend staying here. I'd highly recommend.

Cozy, clean 2 bedroom...nice location

The 2 bedroom unit was just right for us for an overnight stay. It was a short drive to the beach. Our host, Jill, gave us with complimentary bread and eggs for brekky. Much appreciated.Just the WIFI and NETFLIX did not seem to work and Jill advised it was probably because of the new modem/router...but not a big deal for a 1 night stay... We'd book the place again if we are visiting Maroochydore.

Very Happy

My son and I were very happy. My son had to come for Business, we live in Sydney so I joined him and visited family at Sippy Downs. Jill left eggs, muffins and butter plus tea/coffee and milk so we were able to do breakfast.

Perfect spot

We needed somewhere to stay that was walking distance fro. The shops and the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood. This was perfect t.
