Keep everyone entertained with the two Smart TVs where you can watch your favourite shows on Netflix, get into the competitive spirit with a game of pool, one of the board games, the volleyball and badminton kits, have a go at solving one of the puzzles, or enjoy the sound bar; perfect for playing your favourite tunes.

Cooking will be a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen, and the sliding glass doors create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow onto the expansive patio and lawn. Outdoor furniture will ensure sunny summer afternoons spent with family outdoors can be experienced, with the gorgeous mountains as your backdrop.

You’re sure to get a good night’s rest in one of the 4 bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, with two and a half bathrooms and a washing machine that provide ample convenience during your stay.

You’ll love the quick 15-minute walk to Lake Te Anau, where you can immerse yourself in the beauty and nature that this stunning area has to offer. Take the kayaks for a paddle on the lake, or practice your swing at the Te Anau Golf Club just 9 minutes away by car.

If you’re planning to bring the boat there is plenty of parking available and with the boat ramp a three-minute drive away you’ll be out of the lake enjoying water sports and reeling in your catch of the day in no time, there are also kayaks available for guest use if you fancy a paddle on the lake!

For an unforgettable scenic day trip, grab a coffee and a takeaway lunch at one of the great local cafes on one of the provided bikes, then head to Milford Sound for some incredible sights and photo opportunities. Or for something uniquely Kiwi, take a tour from the lakefront to explore the Te Anau Glowworm Caves!

There are life-jackets available to use with the kayak but we do recommend that guests bring their own well-fitting life-jackets to ensure safety. There are two bikes available to use but guests must bring their own helmets to gain access to these. Netflix is available Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
