Overall a good stay, it's in a prime location I enjoyed that. Parking is a challenge if you have more than 1 car. The beach and pool are awesome.

I highly recommend staying here if you want a nice little getaway for an excellent price right on the beach. Overall an amazing trip!

Clean condo, near the beach, the view from the balcony was the roof of the lower condos with the air conditioning units. Easy access to St John’s Pass that had shopping and restaurants. Parking was great due to assigned parking spots. Unit was hard to find because it was not on the main floor you had to open a door near the washing machine room and go down a few steps to get to the room. Could have used a can opener. Borrowed one from the couple to my left.

Place was just as described. We loved the pool and area to hang out with the great beach view while relaxing. The closeness to everything in John’s Pass was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is a room, kitchen, and a place to shower. The frills are ITS ON THE BEACH. and there are chairs at the pool. Quiet. Perfect. Directly across the street from Johns Pass.

Our overall stay was okay. The listing said gulf side which I took to mean side gulf view. Our room overlooked the roof of the building in front of us. The host left instructions we could not lower the AC below 78. The first night we got hardly any sleep because it was so hot. The fan helped a bit but when the temperature is 90 78 degrees is not cool enough. The complex is older and needs some updates. Other guest were happy with their rooms and have been coming back year after year. We will not be renting this unit again

We had a great experience and would absolutely return if available. The pool was unavailable for the first two days, but the beach time was wonderful!

The property is explained very well in the posting and the owner is great with communication and accommodations for check-in. The location is great! It reminded us of an efficiency apartment. Small stove and refrigerator. Be careful with amount of cold foods you bring as space is limited. Unit retained A LOT of moisture. Recommend a de-humidifier. Bedding even felt wet.Worked great for what we wanted!

The host and property manager were great to communicate with. The property was clean and well appointed. The location is excellent, with shops and restaurants so close by. We were able to rideshare to/from the airport and then were 100% fine without a rental car because everything we needed was so close/walkable. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was clean and located on a beautiful beach. Host was quick to answer any questions. Having an assigned parking spot was convenient although could walk across the street to John's Pass which has shops and restaurants. The small unit is as described.

Communication with the host was great! John’s Pass shops and restaurants right across the street, and the beach was expansive with the softest white sand!The place itself however is more like your average beach hotel than a condo at a resort, and should be priced accordingly.We came from south Fla where we stayed at another studio that was an actual resort for less per night with way more amenities.It was clean, just had a weird set up.Bed and bath as soon as you walk in. No overhead light. Just a couple small lamps and a window faces parking lot.Then you walk around the bed to get to kitchen/ living space. Fridge is dorm size.Maybe it would flow better if living space is where you entered and bedroom had the view. Not that it mattered much in this unit.It is stated as an obstructed ocean view, bc you overlook a rooftop…I didn’t realize there were also about 8 central air units on rooftop as well. So yeah not the view you want for the price you’re charged.All in all, it was clean and the host was wonderful to communicate with, but I would not stay here again.I’m used to getting a whole lot more for the price we paid.

Nice Weekend Beach Couples Getaway

Staying on the beach can get quite pricey. This is a nice place to get away and not break the bank. Located right across the street from John's Pass Village where there's shops and dining.
