Had a lovely 7 night stay with our family. Excellent, clean and tidy renovated apartment with lots of space and easy access to the Maroochydore patrolled beach. Will be back!

Cottontree Getaway

We had a lovely 3 night getaway at this property. The apartment was beautiful and had a great homey midern feel to it. Heated pool, sauna and spa were great. Close to lots of things eg Pt Cartwright (gorgeous walk and scenery) 15 mins, Mt Coolum (great short hike) 20 mins, shopping plaza (huge and heaps of food places) 7 mins, beach across the road. I would have liked a hairdryer as I forgot mine but everything else was perfect. Thanks for a qonderful stay. Look forward to coming here again!

This beautifully renovated ground floor apartment is positioned in the relaxing beach side setting of Cotton Tree. Located in the Sundeck Gardens complex you will have access to the two swimming pools (one heated) as well as a spa, sauna and barbecue areas. The property is adjacent to a large park and playground and less than 100 metres to the beach and 200 metres to Maroochydore Surf Club.
If you are looking for a beautiful beach front apartment that is comfortable, private and relaxing, for either a family holiday, romantic getaway or just a mini break this apartment is for you. The apartment is spacious, self contained, with a private secure terrace at the front and a courtyard at the back, off the master bedroom. The open plan living with large sliding doors allows you to let the coastal sea breezes flow through....
