Have a few cocktails, champers & beers with your family & friends whilst watching the sunset.

This upmarket clean apartment has 2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS, and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The MAIN BEDROOM has 1 new QUEEN SIZE BED, plus on-suite Bathroom. The large 2nd BEDROOM, includes 1 new QUEEN SIZE BED, plus an extra DOUBLE FUTON BED, for children or smaller adults. All quality clean bedding, linen, towels are included.

2 MODERN BATHROOMS have showers, with clean fresh quality towels. Starter toiletries also provided. 6 x Beach Towels also provided.

New upmarket MODERN KITCHEN has all required appliances & utensils, including Oven, Double Door Fridge, Microwave, ground coffee machine, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer etc. Also brand new Aircons and Fans throughout apartment.

The Ocean and beautiful Buddina Beach, are in front of the building (250 meters to the beach). Aldi’s, Coles, Woolworths, Banks, Restaurants, Cafes and loads of great shops are at Kawana Shopping Centre directly behind our building. The brand new amazing Gold Class Movie Cinemas & restaurants are on the side of The Hedge.
There is a lovely new CLEAN HEATED pool, Barbeque & Gym in the building (level 1).

Buddina Stay

This is a great property to stay at, very convenient to shops and beach. We had great communication with the owner and the apartment was immaculate with everything you need for a great holiday.

perfect location for beach and easy access to shops

If you want an easy break and the ocean at your fingertips then this ticks all the boxes. Kawana is a great suburb where you can switch off and relax but also have the convenience of shops/restaurants and the freeway close by to go wherever you want. Accommodation was great, the balcony with bbq at night a must.

So close to the beach, walking path, shops and restaurants. The unit had everything. The view was amazing to just sit and unwind. Hosts are awesome with everything. We had a fantastic stay!

Wonderful clean and quiet property. Short stroll to beach and quick access to shops. Apartment was excellent for elderly parents that travelled with me. Plenty of room and had everything we needed. Geraldine in regular communication to ensure we had everything. Highly recommend.

The apartment was impeccably clean, in a very convenient location with wonderful views. Close to the shops and the beach. I would highly recommend this to any family wishing to stay on the Sunshine Coast. The owners communicated everything clearly and answered questions promptly.

A truly exceptional stay.

The apartment is extremely clean and cratered for (has everything). Well planned out space inside, great balcony so hosting friends and family was easy and comfortable. The views from the 2nd top floor apartment are fantastic, with a wonderful sea view and breeze. Great pool area too with excellent BBQ. Kitchen well equipped, AC's in the 3x main rooms, roomy bathrooms and plenty of storage space. Easy to get in and out off the apartment by foot or car and if you need anything, the shopping centre is across the road (but you don't know it's there cause this apartment faces the ocean side of the building (best of both worlds). In all my years of Stayz & another provider & I have never come across better Hosts (I even got a phone call the day before to check if everything was ok for the stay). One point if you travel as a family with loads of stuff like me, there isn't a concierge trolly, but the car park spot is very close to the elevator. Thanks again, this area is now a new favorite spot on the Sunny Coast.

Not as clean as we hoped

Great Location. However, despite the listing saying ‘very clean’ many times in the listing, we found the place was not very clean. We had a dirty sponge for the kitchen; floor not vacuumed well; kitchen surfaces not wiped properly; second hand cakes of soap (no body wash) in both bathrooms etc . And there was no blanket on one of the kids beds in the middle of winter. I sent the owner photos and she was very apologetic, and she said it was due to there replacement cleaner, and offered us a free night or two in the future. I thought this was a lovely offer and fair. But, when I went to rebook a couple of weeks later, the offer was changed to us paying for two nights and getting a free night. So it ended up being not a nice experience for us.

The Hedge - Buddina

We loved our time at The Hedge in Buddina. The apartment was clean and modern and very nicely decorated. The views from the verandah were lovely - we sat many hours on the verandah enjoying the view. A quick walk to the beach and lovely walks on the paths along the beach. Westfield Shopping Centre is out the front door. Events Cinema also here. Overall a lovely stay.

Buddina Beach

The location of this property is fabulous. You could park the car in the secure garage and leave it there for the duration of your stay. The beach, surf club, shopping centre, eateries, local attractions are all a flat easy walk. However if you wish to explore the area in your car the position is central to many surrounding tourist hotspots.

The shopping mall is at the back door and beach at the front door. Could not ask for as better combo. Don't need to drive for food or beach access, and the VIEW is just stunning!

This brand new apartment is in a great location,close to shops beach and great walking areas. Clean and well presented unit with everything you would need for a holiday. The hosts are easily conacted if you need to. Highly recommended.

The Hedge Buddina extended long weekend

Firstly we had great weather and having a balcony that looks straight out to sea was fantastic. We had our disabled son with us so we spent a lot of time on the large balcony. The unit is beautifully furnished with everything you need to relax. Loved the electric recliners. The beds are comfortable and having two bathrooms is great. We had no problems getting my son’s mobility chair into the large showers. The location was amazing with view at the front and just go done the lift and cross the road (not a busy Main Street) and you are at the shops. So if you forget something you could get it in less than 5 mins. We also brought our push bikes and had some amazing rides on some of the many paths that are provided up here. This building is also very secure. You need access keys to go to basement or in the lift. We found it to be a lovely quiet place where you can relax. There is no traffic noise or sirens. Even though it was a busy long weekend (everyone getting away due to Covid 19 and travel restrictions) on the coast, you didn’t feel it staying at The Hedge. The owner are very helpful and we were able to contact them at any time. They gave us heaps of information about the place before we got here. I will certainly come back to stay here. Especially at the busy times like Easter or Christmas.

Perfect holiday stay

We had an amazing, relaxing stay in this beautiful spacious apartment. It has everything you need and more, from amazing applicants, comfortable beds, a/c in all rooms and much more. It is immaculately clean throughout. Gorgeous views, huge balcony and close to the beach and shops. Great communication with our hosts. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Will definitely be back.
