About this property

Contemporary 3BR Family-Friendly Oasis Close to the Lake

Have fun with the whole family at this bright and modern home. There is ample space to play, lounge and relax with two dining areas and two living rooms. It offers the advantage of many separate spaces within the home. A huge and oversized master bedroom with ensuite ( double sinks), soaker tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms include an ensuite. We are in a great neighbourhood, close to a variety of different parks and some great playgrounds for kids. Enjoy cooking in the chef's kitchen which includes a 5 burner gas range, convection oven and a variety of spices. Outdoor stone patio and BBQ! We are a short walk to the lake/beach and a quick drive to many different Toronto neighbourhoods including West Queen West, King West, Roncesvalles and The Junction. Please inquire if interested in short term stays as well via newtorontohomes.

Located central to everything, 14 minutes to the airport, 14 minutes to Roncy, Queen West and all of the other great areas Toronto has. A brand new playground is located right by the house as is Sam Colonel Smith Park, great for skating in the winter and walking the trails during spring, summer and fall.
