Set in central Kangaroo Point this three bedroom apartment is only a couple of KLMs from Brisbane CBD.
Upstairs is the Loft Main Bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite bathroom, built in robe and Air Con.
Downstairs are two bedrooms each with two single beds fitted with built in robes and Air Con
Main bathroom with a shower over the bath and laundry facilities.
Kitchen with Full sized fridge, oven and Dishwasher and everything you need for your home cooking.

Lovely place , close to everything

Very happy with the accomodation.Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Pool was lovely but not very private as the people sitting over at the story bridge hotel could see in.

Great location. Nice unit. Great communication.Only negatives were the coffee pods don’t fit the coffee machine and the kettle needs to be replaced. It’s very old and smells gross when boiled.

Kangaroo Point Stay

Stay was good but photos provided on the website made the small apartment look much nicer than it was in reality. The apartment is a bit tired and could do with some updating, shower upstairs was still a bit dirty but had good pressure, the downstairs shower didn’t have good pressure.

Great location

Great location and apartment. Had an issue with a leaking shower head that was very promptly fixed. Communication with and help from real estate - located in close proximity - was first class. Pool and gym undergoing renovation and maintenance- this was not evident on the ad - and not informed of this.

Not all it seems.

Property definitely not as bright and clean as photos. Loved the area the property is in. Pool was great however no toilet or gym facilities available by the pool.An access card and actual key required to gain e try to different areas around the building. We were given 2 access cards and 1 key when 2 keys are actually required. Would love to be able to post my own photos taken on the actual cleanliness of the property. As for having to pay over 200.00 for professional cleaners is disgusting when the apartment was dirty ( for example mould in the downstairs bathroom, I could list and show plenty of other issues). The property manager need to take a long hard look at the cleaning.
